Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed with the U.S. Supreme Court for Kerchner

Complete title:

Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed with the U.S. Supreme Court for Kerchner et al vs. Obama/Congress/Pelosi et al Lawsuit

_______________________________________________

*snip*

Attorney Mario Apuzzo of Jamesburg, NJ, today filed a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington DC, on behalf of plaintiffs, Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., Lehigh County, PA; Lowell T. Patterson, Burlington County, NJ; Darrell J. LeNormand, Middlesex County, NJ; and Donald H. Nelsen, Jr., Middlesex County, NJ.

Plaintiffs are challenging the recent decision of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, PA, which affirmed the dismissal by District Judge, Jerome Simandle, sitting in the Federal District Court, Camden, NJ, of plaintiffs’ lawsuit in which they charge that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, has NOT conclusively proven to any controlling legal authority that he is an Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 “natural born Citizen of the United States” and thus constitutionally eligible to serve as the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military, and that he has hidden all his early life records including his original long-form birth certificate, early school records, college records, travel and passport records needed to prove he is even a born Citizen of the United States

Obama was born a British Subject/Citizen to a British Subject/Citizen father and a U.S. citizen mother. Obama's father was not a U.S. Citizen and never intended to be one. Obama's father was never even an immigrant to the USA nor was he even a permanent legal resident.

Obama's father was a foreign national sojourning in the USA to attend college. Obama is still a British Subject/Citizen to this day because he has never renounced that citizenship.

Doug Hagmann says he’s got 6 or 7 affidavits that corroborate the claim of a talk show host who said that the media heads had been threatened by Obama’s lawyers with FCC annihilation if the media heads allowed the eligibility issue to be discussed on their shows. That talk show host said that the media heads told all their people that their jobs and reputations would be history if they addressed the eligibility issue and strongly implied that their health, lives, and families could also be at risk.

I know it sounds conspiratorial to talk about threats made, but Hagmann says he’s got the legal proof that such happened. He says he is waiting for disclosure permission from the original talk show host who signed the statement saying what had happened.

And the story is consistent with the out-of-character behavior we’ve seen from people like Hannity, based on the reports of people who tried to call in to talk about the eligibility issue. It’s also consistent with the threats we’ve seen these thugs use with the Chrysler lawyer, the AIG people (remember the busloads circling the houses of the execs and Obama’s statement that he was the only thing standing between the execs and the pitchforks?), IG Gerald Walpin, etc. This is the modus operandi and it’s been in plain view for some time now.

The Chicago mafia is in control. Whatever we see from the “conservatives” has to be filtered through that lens.

“But unless I’m reading Cheney wrong, that doesn’t really fit with him. He seems like a guy who loves this country and is willing to say things exactly as he sees them regardless of where the political chips may fall. Much more so than GW.”

Rush thought the same thing about Cheney. He and Cheney were dear friends. Guess what got in the way? Safe borders. No patriot would be opposed to safer borders. That one issue destroyed Rush’s friendship with the Vice President. Their bickering was on live radio, and so far as I know, they still haven’t mended that bridge.

I still think that Cheney and Bush are good men, but they are actually convinced that the public is too simplistic sometimes. They have ruling class friends who convince them to solve problems in convoluted ways that leave us in the Country Class frustrated and confused.

I’m just going to take one of your points before addressing anything else. This one:

“First off you are wrong on the facts. Obama was NOT a “presidential candidate.” He had won the election and his Electoral College votes already had been certified by the President of the Senate without objection from any of the 535 members of Congress. Those facts change the scenario quite a bit.”

WRONG. The legal process that was required was never followed. There was never a lawful certification of anything because Dick Cheney never asked for objections as required by law.

Your argument is totally annihilated because of that simple fact.

“Obama’s lawyers had to have some trump card that absolutely ensured his election.”

Another thing to consider was the 900 FBI files. Hillary made some kind of deal with Obama — his administration has been swarming with Clintonista [and frankly I think they gave him a lot of bad advice].

How would Cheney be able to stop Soros from creating a financial panic?

Soros has been doing that in countries his entire adult life. How would Cheney be able to stop that from happening in the US?

How did Cheney stop it from happening in September of 2008?

With the Bush senior presidency, the new world order system was begun in earnest, and every admin since has served the agenda. With a complete socialist Congress, the fix is pretty much in and will finally end the We The People Republic and place US under the one-world banking oligarchy with the federal oligarchs in America running the nation as the puppets they are. ... And still no one is building the needed guillotines to clean up the scum aborting the Republic.

Glad to help. I don’t fully understand this coverup as deeply as others, but the simple points are compelling enough!

We set the means of our own collapse when the Johnson Great Society was voted in as a way to pay for our embrace of slavery in contradiction to our founding principles. King sought to have the nation live up to the founding principles and his dream was comandeered to usher in the oligarchy because white guilt and black entitlement mentality when wedded left nothing to be discussed ... we ‘tolerated our selves to death’, suffocated by the blanket of political correctness.

I tell you what, if we get three people elected: Paladino, O’Donnell, and Angle — anything will be possible! Might not happen, but if those three win, it will terrify the ruling class in both parties.

There was even democrat support to support a tax cut! They had to shut down a bipartizan majority this week.

Just imagine the “guillotine” Barney Frank is facing. My goodness, even Barney Frank doesn’t feel safe?

And Carl Rove, the political mastermind of the Bush administration, cried uncle on Hannity last week. FRiend, I don’t think we’re doomed just yet.

Yeah, I think that’s probably accurate.

But GW Bush at the time that the run on the bank happened seemed almost hysterical. He was saying that the entire western economy would be destroyed if TARP wasn’t passed. Something had definitely rattled his cage. He was speaking in apocalyptic terms.

And in the middle of all that Chavez and Castro were saying that since capitalism had failed the world should try communism.

Ahmadinejad (and I think maybe some of the other Islamist leaders, maybe even AQ leaders) was saying that since capitalism had failed the world should try Islamic finance.

The IMF was trying to decide whether capitalism had failed.

At the time it was very much presented as an issue of whether capitalism had failed and whether it could even continue. What was being said around the world was exactly what we would expect if Soros and his Islamist allies had told Bush that they were going to collapse the capitalist world economy unless TARP was passed and Obama allowed to be illegally installed as POTUS without hindrance.

Why would they want TARP passed? Because it would put the US economy in such an unsustainable position that we would always be vulnerable to the kind of economic threats that Soros and the Islamists were using.

Why get Obama in? Because he would destroy America’s economy and infrastructure from within. When the infrastructure was destroyed beyond the point that any patriots could have the power to fight, the moment would be ripe for the ultimate collapse of the capitalist world economy and the only immediate alternative would be Islamic finance. Politically, the people with no means to make a living would accept communism because they would starve without it.

This sounds radical, I know, but if you look at what the communists and Islamists have been saying for a long, long time, it fits. Both movements are patient, methodical, and deadly serious. They caught us sleeping.

Yeah. Obama didn’t have to worry about Hillary. She’s got just as much dirt on her as he has. But Soros wanted Obama - probably because that would help his alliance with the Islamists as well. I don’t think Hillary would have been as willing to swallow the Islamist alliance.

I would never have believe Judge Carter would be cowered as he was. His ruling is as bold as it is fraudulent. Such is the power of those now starting the machine they’ve built to ‘fundamentally transform America’. We may get staunch conservatives elected and sworn in in 2011, but the vastness of the debt now smothering America and the pathway our nation is now welded to is the real devastation at hand and will not be changed by merely putting more conservatives at the helm of an already sinking betyond recovery ship. I’m glad you have hope, but electing more conservatives is no longer a cure for the mortal disease we have ... elections at this point are a sham front which mollifies the death we are already suffering, kind of like giving massive doses of morphine to a terminal patient.

You are assuming that things remain the same. They won’t. A crisis brings about drastic change.

Pretty much none of those are fair characterizations of events.

I am surprised at you. You should know better by now.
