There’s a reason for that. If you get him to say “Creator” he gets whisked back to that Bizarro Dimension from whence he came. (ala Superman and Mr. Kwiksilpritchlikwhatever).

Including Creator would assume that he both knows what the Declaration says and that he agrees that those rights flow from God.

Given those two circumstances, why would we assume he would include Creator? He clearly doesn’t believe one or both of them.

who will make clear to obama that his beliefs do not trump our values? His refusal to say the word “Creator” is the kind of childish petulance you can expect from a narcicist who hates this country.

How is it that this closet muslim insults our beliefs while we tolerate theirs?

So, it wasn’t a “slip of the tongue” the first time.

He really misses the whole point doesn’t he? That whole natural rights argument just escapes him - the so-called ‘law professor.’

everybody a ladder into the middle class

A ladder to the middle. That's funny! Reminds me of a scene from "Almost Famous":

Lester Bangs: What, are you like the star of your school?
William Miller: They hate me.
Lester Bangs: Yeah, well, you'll meet them all again on their long journey to the middle.

It's crystal clear that he meant it.

Can't wait to see how he edits the Bill of Rights.

"...we’re going to give everybody opportunity, everybody a ladder into the middle class..."

Notice how smoothly this Marxist segues from the Jeffersonian principles upon which our nation was founded, and into Socialist dogma.

I still cannot believe that liberals vociferously defend him against the charge of Socialist, with evidence like this littering his entire public career.

Obama keeps using the term, “inalienable rights.” Doesn’t the Declaration of Independence refer to “unalienable rights?”

To my mind, there’s a difference: “unalienable rights” would be those rights that can’t be surrendered, sold or transferred to someone else - to the government, for example, or another person(God-given rights, like life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness).

“Inalienable rights” would be rights that can be transferred with the consent of the person possessing those rights.

Is he making a conscious decision to use the word “inalienable,” or does he just not know how the Declaration reads?
