I surprised nobody has yet tried to sue Pelousy and the DNC for fraud over this clown. They represented him as an eligible candidate to donors all over the country.

Thanks LucyT, BTW, the wording of the party certifications, recognize the existance of qualifiers for the office of Prez . Sorta like an admittance of the 3 points of qualification including that NBC thingy. Plus, its a piece of "official" paper with signatures to boot !

When these documents were created in 2008 there could have been a fear that the truth would out, so signing any document attesting to his constitutional qualifications could have been a crime for Gilardy if he knew otherwise.
