"Why as a Society are we allowing this to happen around the Nation? To show how mainstream and accepted this has become, watch this video of a Cop (with his partner assisting) who doesnt like the actions of his Fantasy Football Teammate. Did you laugh? I didnt either and I plan to contact DirecTV and demand they pull this offensive commercial.
What about the Bud Light commercial where a fully equipped SWAT team secures the beer and pizza, but leaves the individual needing help stranded across the hall?"

The only ad I have ever truly become ANGRY at was a series of V8 Juice wherein a women with a condescending and derisive look on her face repeatedly slaps her worthless man on the head because he ‘coulda had a V8’.
NO WAY this was worthwhile or acceptable in context.
“Mr. Swearingen seems to have a way with words.”
any relation to a Mr. Al Swearingen of Deadwood?
He REALLY had a way with words.
Without having watched said offensive material, I’ll still bet money that the victims are white males.
And so there’s nothing to see here folks. Move along.
Remember, Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!
90% of TV is inapprpriate
Also, I don’t think the idea that criminals are systematically raped in prison is funny or in any way justice. It is a stain on our country that it goes on.
I hate the commercials more becasue they normalize the police state.
We’ve crossed a line when busybodies are busy trying to tell us what we should be offended about.
Agree.
All convicts should be in “solitary confinement” 23 hours a day... And for that last hour, they shouldn’t be allowed to speak, except to a guard or staffer...
LOL!
How about the commercial from Nissan where a polar bear hugs a hybrid Nissan owner while crying! They’re not only offensive politically but are brainwashing too!
They let Obama give speeches, don’t they? Now that is torture. Fortunately I have a device that thwarts them. My remote.
Specifically in this case the writer refers to a commercial where 2 cops go over, ring this guys door bell, looks around, then tases him - over a fantasy football issue. Not so funny.
As for the Muslim “PC” part - I must have missed it in the article.
LOL
"C***s***ing Hooplehead"
I think a good indicator at the level of anger and willingness-to-provocation-or-torture is simply the dialog (or accusation and hate) on Youtube. I cannot believe that people are so hateful simply in disagreement—especially about music, but also about other simple things. Especially among the teenagers and young people.
I think we need a Commercial Humor Acceptability Standards, Tastes, and Ethics Czar. Or better yet, we could have congress create a commission to develop the standards and impose fines on any advertisers that cross the lines of good taste.
