Freepers have been debating for some time if Obama is or isn't illegally occupying the White House because he does or does not fulfill the natural born citizenship requirement in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. I thought it would be interesting to put the matter to an informal vote to see where Freeperland in general stands on the issue. OK Freepers, start spewing!

Not unless our congress critters grow b*lls, this subject will just die by the wayside as it already has many times. We are the only nation that is not sure that their national leader is constitutionally qualified to hold that position — yet we are afraid to find out the truth.
I guess we should wish that the problem will resolves itself or just blows away. One thing is for sure, the longer we wait to get to the truth the worse off we will be in the end.

I’m into genealogy and found Obama’s American family going back generations. But when trying to find his recent history I ran into so many brick walls it’s a wonder I don’t have a concussion.

The Hawaii DOH has not verified that the document was issued by their office. However, there are two documents that could prove if the internet COLB was issued by the Hawaii DOH, but they won’t release them, even through UIPA requests.
Having said that, we must work hard on getting 2/3 majorities in the House and the Senate to force his resignation.

No. Zero (or whatever his name is) is not a Natural Born Citizen qualified to be President of the USA.
There are too many unanswered questions, and everyone is shying away from answering them. Especially Zero and his lawyers are not answering them; and then, spending millions not to answer.
Why has the phony/forged short form birth certificate not become a MAJOR scandal?

My quick answer is yes, and no
1. If he was born outside of the U.S. - as a constitutional law “professor” he has knowledge that he is not a NBC and each certification he made, or allowed to be made during the election process is criminal. This would include certs by others and include the bogus internet non-bc that Congress may have relied on. Fraud regarding SS# or student aid might not bear on eligibility but would support removal.
2. If he was born in the U.S. - but with an alien father, (?) criminal liability is not clear as the law is not settled.
Birthers are an overrated fringe movement. Nutballs like Taitz still carry the torch, but the rest of us would rather concentrate on concrete matters of getting conservative majorities in Congress in the fall by attacking Obama for what he has actually done. Normal people have little interest in chasing ghosts.
Was he born in Kenya? Sure, could be. Could have been born in Hawaii. Either way, he isn’t going to produce a birth certificate. Even if a Kenyan one DID exist, trust me it is long since burned, the ashes dissolved in acid and the refuse scattered in the ocean. May as well just drop it.

Yet there are many who are privy to this information. These are the guilty parties in the conspiracy to defraud the nation.
When the truth comes out, if ever, these parties must be held liable together with the main conspirator, whether they’re RAT or PUB or whether they are members of this or the previous administration. Throw the book at them!

To me he is like a person that was hired with a padded resume and forged documents stating his credentials to be hired.
