On the 3rd of July 2007, U.S. Congressman Eni Faleomavaega would touch down in Jakarta, Indonesia. A staunch outspoken critic of Jakarta’s rule over West Papua, New Guinea and a crusader for West Papua’s right to self-determination, the chairman of the House Subcommittee on Asia, The Pacific and the Global Enviroment, Faleomavaega promised to be a force to be reckoned with.
Having been barred from visiting Papau by the Indonesian government, Faleomavaega would instead settle for a private meeting in Jakarta with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Barnabas Suebu the governor for the Indonesian province of Papau. The Papuan issue though wasn’t the only thing on Faleomavaega’s mind, being one of Barack Obama’s most devoted disciples, Faleomavaega would be seeking the Indonesian government’s assistance in supporting Barack Obama’s presidential campaign as well as making the requisite pilgrimage to Barack Obama’s childhood school.
According to our Indonesian sources, “officials” who accompanied Faleomavaega were interested in acquiring any and all documentation or photographs of a young Barry Soetoro for America’s “national archives” and they were offering cash, lots of it. In a show of faith, Barack Obama’s childhood school would be one of the very first beneficiaries of this outpouring receiving thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment, thanks in part to the benevolence of this visiting junket.
The challenge of course was securing Indonesian goverment records potentially damaging to Barack Obama’s candidacy for the US presidency as well as other records pertaining to a young Barry Soetoro and his family wouldn’t be so easy to acquire and secure, and for this, the visitors would need the assistance and cooperation of the Indonesian government.
It’s not that getting Indonesian government help is difficult, it’s not. It’s no secret that Indonesia is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet, but we’re not talking about the challenge of dealing with corrupt government officials here, but rather, dealing with the “true believers of change”. Convincing the Indonesian government that an Obama presidency will be able to deliver that “change” and that it was in the interest of both countries to see that Barack Obama was elected was nothing more than a fait accompli for Faleomavaega’s entourage.
For West Papau’s governor in attendance, having been pacified at the prospect that an Obama presidency would enable him to make zillions trading carbon credits on the Chicago Climate Exchange, Barnabas Suebu would sit quietly as the fate of West Papau was decided.

And with the 14th amendment, there is reliance on birth in country rather than parentage - you will recall, the 14th makes no mention of parents.
As for NBC, the courts - where you want to fight this out - have repeatedly said the key to understanding original intent is by the analogous phrase ‘natural born subject’ known to all the Founders from English Common Law. You may think the courts have erred in that determination, but if so, they erred in it long before Obama was born.
Citizenship in America is not defined by Roman law, nor by Greek, but by American law. I may disagree with how American law developed, but it is what it is. Not because of Obama, but because of court decisions made many years before Obama was born.
For me the rule of law is the main thing. We have to regain the rule of law, no matter how long it takes.
But from a practical standpoint, this issue will decide whether it is possible to undo the unconstitutional acts of the democratic Congress that just put us through Hell.
The dems tied themselves to this illegal president, and that millstone is going to sink everything they’ve done to screw America.
That is, if we can embolden our leaders to realize that the people and the rule of law is on their side.

That may be true, but you need to be more specific about such charges. As for the birthers and whatnot, the same thing applies: if you are going to criticize the groups that are raising money for lawsuits, then you need to do your own research.

“Most importantly, anti-American feeling has reached a feverish pitch under the direction of the Indonesian communist party, and I have been advised by both family and friends in Indonesia that it would be dangerous to endeavor to return with my wife at the present time. Of secondary importance is the fact that my wife does not yet speak Indonesian, Not only would she be forced to cut short her college education, but she would be left in a position of isolation in the community,”
It appears from the cross comparison on both the Customs and DOS FOIA released documents that on October 20, 1971 Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro (SADS) and BHO (a.k.a Saebarkah Soetoro) together boarded Pan Am Airlines Flight 812 unaccompanied by Lolo M. Soetoro in Djakarta Indonesia and arrived in Honolulu Hawaii on October 21, 1971 and sought entry into the USA on an expired Passport issued July 19, 1965 according to the DS 1423 Form for REQUEST BY UNITED STATES NATIONAL FOR AND REPORT OF EXCEPTION TO SECTION 53.1, TITLE 22 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS with use of the expired Passport of July 19, 1965 shown as page 6 of http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373.
It is important to discover whether or not based upon SADS’ August 13, 1968 Passport Renewal Application to DOS shown as page 3 and 4 of http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373 SADS excluded Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO)from her Passport of July 19, 1965; and therefore, left no way for BHO who is presumed to also have the right to an Indonesian Passport under Lolo Soetoro to reenter the USA with SADS except by use of the expired July 19 1965 passport.
That Declarant among other items of interest in the analysis presented by Dr Corsi in his Worldnet Daily Article (WND) takes issue with the insinuation that the 1965 edition of SADS passport was only good for 3 years when in fact it was to expire July 18, 1970 according to the actual reference by the US Government shown in the upper right corner of the application located at page 3; however in August 13 1968 SADS made an early application to renew the 1965 to remove BHO (a.k.a. Saebarkah Soetoro) from her own passport.
At that time, Lolo Soetoro was in a difficult effort with the State Department and US Customs and Immigration to obtain reentry into the USA and needed to reflect Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO) as an Indonesian for his own safety. That Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO) according to his own writing in 1971 would re-enter back into the USA to live with his Grandma Madelyn Dunham
Except for the fact that the Exception request for use of the expired July 19, 1965 passport without use of an American passport as Saebarkah Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen which he was also entitled to an Indonesian Passport made without being on SADS renewed Passport of August 13 1968 made it easier for Saebarkah Soetoro / BHO to travel and obtain a renewed Indonesian Passport, rather than a British or even Kenyan passport that would be more difficult to explain or obtain to the Indonesian Government (having a USA passport there in Indonesian would dangerously expose Lolo Soetoro to government scrutiny since BHO was born in Kenya not the USA was adopted by Lolo Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen).
Thereafter 1971, Saebarkah Soetoro living in the USA went to the Indonesian Embassy in Hawaii to obtain or renew the Indonesian passport as part of his college funding program and that in 1981 through 1984 was then used while attending Columbia University to enter Indonesia, Pakistan and Afghanistan while working for Zbigniew Brzezinski then of the Scholl of Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council with the Carter Administration and Reagan Administration transition.

That is, actions which will provide for me and mine, after this course of events has completed and the realities are fully implemented.
Third, and this is the most difficult for you. So, please, pay very careful attention, do not skim, do not dismiss. Your lives and the lives of your progeny depend upon your understanding and the actions you choose to take following.
Obama is NOT Bill Clinton. He is a not as Twit McConnell says, "going to be moved to the center". He is a cornered rabid dog and he will bite. He is GOING to pass Amnesty. Get over it, deal with it. Plan for it. Know what it means politically, culturally, and demographically and do not pretend it won't happen.
Obama is NOT concerned with polls or even getting reelected or even having a majority. He will do these evil deeds in December of this year while the American public is celebrating the landslide election and buying Christmass gifts.
