Our beloved fellow Freeper, Jeff, who is recovering from cancer surgery at MD Anderson in Texas...needs a motor home to be able to get back to his home in Idaho. Does anyone have one lying around? :-) This request is not posted by his family..just my own idea that a generous Freeper might be able to step up. Thanks everyone and please continue to pray for our patriotic friend.

Thank you my dear FRiend. Your mega pings letting so many know of our experience and need, and particularly you prayers and encouragement, like so many others...perhaps thousands of others...have lifted us up and helped us through this very difficult, but uplifting experience...which is not over yet.
May God in Heaven bless you and yours ten fold for your kindness and prayers and faith shown to us...and I pray the same for every single individual who has offered up prayers on our behalf. I cannot possibly, of myself, repay so much kindness, but I know He can and my way of trying is to in turn seek and pray for God’s blessings to be poured out on others, and to in turn pray for others who stand in need and encourage others to do likewise.
Our beloved Republic, our liberty and way of life stand in need of such prayers and our every effort right now.

This is my favorite verse and I wanted to share it with you.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

Thank you so much for reminding me of it. If you are on Facebook, you can see a video I took this week of me walking with my walker and taking a few "baby steps" without it. We use Facebook to keep in touch with our kids and grandkids.

The difference in a month is pretty phenominal.
So good that you are keeping a video record of your journey. When you are all healed and can look back more easily, what a story/record you will have. God Bless you good, and may He watch over you, and Gail, as you continue down the healing road.

Maybe you’ve never ridden in one?
They don’t sway! - They are basically a 2.5 ton truck with a body like a camping trailer. Most are very comfey while traveling.

Grateful things are progressing. It was good to see you posting again. Thought you were already home as there was a thread a month or so ago, before you were posting, that concerned the trip home.
If I now understand, hospital release approx 4 Aug, and another three weeks in the area for rehab, a good part of a week for the trip home, around Sep. Is that close? Just in time for winter.
