I really don't believe Zero is in charge anymore, if he ever was. There's a group of people surrounding him that make the decisions and have him rubber-stamp them.
The governor of a state that has a "slight conflict" with the Prez (AZ gov. Brewer) is coming to DC and it's announced that Zero's schedule won't allow him to meet with her. Incredible, but it gets better. When they realize how dumb that sounds, they change Zero's mind and make room in his schedule. These people would fail as the staff of a small company CEO.

Yes, but after hurricane Katrina they actually re-elected the incompetent mayor of New Orleans so Obama is hopeful that history will repeat itself and he will be re-elected even though there is a consensus about his incompetence.
