Yeah, the Dems and media were screaming about George W. Bush and the ‘deregulation’ of the finance markets causing all the problems we’ve had over the last two years. President Bush didn’t deregulate anything. He TRIED to rein in Fannie and Freddie, but was rebuffed by the Democrats who put up a partisan wall, joined by a few RINOs who were scared of being called racists by ACORN and the MSM.
