Pico is the real age defying food. Use pico on your supper foods and colon cancer will never come calling.

Now for the best guacamole, take some fresh avacados, add in a several tbsp of the pico de gallo, and some fresh squeezed lime. Yum.

I dice six large fresh tomatoes, one finely diced onion, several pickled jalapenos, a bunch of finely diced celantro, lime juice, salt, and some of the vinigar from the jalapenos. When I make it for picnics, I can’t make if fast enough.
