OBAMA DISARMS NUCLEAR AMERICA

We have been bankrupted and bound, and today we will be disarmed.

We have been destroyed from within, and today we will prepare to be destroyed from without.

Today, Barack Obama will abandon the policy of the last half century. Today, Barack Obama will give away our trump card.

Today, America will stop being a nuclear power. In the game of disarmament, Barack Obama wants to lead by example. In the game of chicken that is the international balance of power, Barack Obama wants us to put down our gun.

Today, the United States will declare that it is renouncing the nuclear first strike. Further, we will say that in some situations we won’t even use nuclear arms in self-defense.

A country can attack the American homeland with weapons of mass destruction, and we won’t launch the nukes.

Chemical and biological weapons, unleashed against our homes and children, and we don’t promise to blow them to hell.

This is the Obama Plan. China and Russia are no longer foes or rivals, we can bribe little countries into staying non-nuclear, the lion will lay down with the lamb. It is a brave new world.

Unless it’s not.

Unless the timeless motivations of humankind remain unchanged.

In that case, we are dead.

Because every bit of human history attests to the fact that only the strong survive, that peace is the fruit of overwhelming strength -- not cowering capitulation. For 50 years we kept Russia from our throats by holding a sword over its head.

Now we are losing our sword.

No first strike, no certain retaliation -- no guts, no glory. We are staking our survival on the kindness of strangers.

Obama has suspended the rules of history.

And we will pay the price.

He is imposing his party’s hippie nonsense on our country. He is doing Neville Chamberlain one better. Chamberlain surrendered to Hitler, Obama is surrendering to the world.

The methodical destruction of American pre-eminence is a step closer to completion.

Here’s why.

There is no such thing as good relations between nations. There is no such thing as amity between peoples and accord between countries. In all eras, under all circumstances, nations and principalities have jostled for dominance. The fight to control has always been fought.

The only reprieves have come at the point of a sword.

The Pax Americana was not the consequence on enlightenment, it was the result of our mastery of nuclear munitions. We invented and perfected the atom bomb, and we are armed ourselves to the teeth. We had bombs in silos and on trains and aboard ships. We had planes and missiles and submarines.

We had a military attache who went everywhere the president went, with the nuke codes handcuffed to his wrist, just in case we needed to make the rubble bounce.

And we never foreswore the first strike.

We never promised anybody that we wouldn’t throw the first punch. We wanted to keep them guessing, we wanted to keep them on their toes, we wanted to keep them scared.

If you’ve got a big enough stick, the pitbull doesn’t try to bite you.

But if you’re defenseless, he rips you to shreds.

Our hope is our might.

And Barack Obama wants to give that away.

He wants us to turn away from our nuclear arms in the hopes that our example will lead others to enlightenment.

But it won’t.

It will lead them to aggression, to the bolder insolence of a nation on the march.

We are safe as long as anyone who threatens us isn’t. But the moment we give away our superiority, the moment we can’t snap the neck of anyone who raises a hand against us, we become a target.

Before the new lion can rise, he must kill the old lion.

And that’s us.

China wants to own us, Russia wants to humble us, Venezuela wants to mock us.

And this will let them.

With our conventional forces shown to be inadequate to project our will against irregulars in the Arab Third World, having been essentially spanked by tribal militias in both Afghanistan and Iraq, we are giving up our only military advantage.

True, we spend more on defense than the rest of the world combined. But we spend our defense dollars on daycare centers and psychologists, and power is not power if it is neither projected nor respected.

We may have the dual distinction of being the world’s most-powerful and shortest-lived empire.

And Barack Obama is seeing to that.

We are destroying our Army in endless Muslim wars, and now we are surrendering our strategic advantage.

Those nukes have been our ace in the hole. And Barack Obama has decided to fold.

Let’s hope the world’s bad guys have mercy on us.

Because heaven knows our president doesn’t.

0bamao is begging to have an American city obliterated by a nuke.

Not sure that’d be any worse than the present state of most of our cities. They’re disintigrating before our eyes anyway.

Whats next? He is leveling the playing field through empowering Iran,Pakistan (and wild card Korea) which is consistent with his muslim outreach... giving his brothers technologies....

By doing this the rogues have the tools to wipe out western civilizations.

Caliphate for all!!!

A strong US is stability for the world! Its also quality of life as commerce and stability give all a better life.

What will he do if a city or two is a smoking, glowing ruin and the dead reach the millions? Go to the UN? If he does the people will surge to the White House and demand action! The tanks will roll and General Petraius will become President with a military Junta. At this point in time, I don’t think I would object.

There is history there.

Quisling was the name of the Norwegian Nazi puppet put in place by Hitler after he conquered Norway.

I think the Norskis hung him.

the people will surge to the White House and demand action!

Under those circumstances, the old "Power to the People" phrase will take very real meaning ....

“In making this strengthened assurance, the United States affirms that any state eligible for the assurance that uses chemical or biological weapons against the United States or its allies and partners would face the prospect of a devastating conventional military response - and that any individuals responsible for the attack, whether national leaders or military commanders, would be held fully accountable.

“Given the catastrophic potential of biological weapons and the rapid pace of bio-technology development, the United States reserves the right to make any adjustment in the assurance that may be warranted by the evolution and proliferation of the biological weapons threat and US capacities to counter that threat.”

We can’t blame morons for voting for Democrats, because they are just too stupid to get the big picture. But, those who endorsed Obama who should have know known better should have their feet held to the fire. Those who are in the public eye and have the power of persuasion have dirt on their hands. The Hollywood list is long (but most are morons anyway), but I am thinking of Warren Buffett in particular. According to the news, Ed Koch now has buyer’s remorse, but how many more will eventually confess that they were wrong before the country is totally destroyed??

My co-worker, he is in his mid 50's, he's a Blue Dog Democrat but like us, thinks Obama is out to ruin the country. He does not like Bammy's Healthcare Deform at all but his son was an ardent supporter for Bammy, until healthcare passed and he learned what is in it, now he pulled a 180. Too late I know, but hopefully we can repair a lot of this damage, if we make it to 2012. As to my co-worker, he will vote Republican all the way, hopefully we will get Republicans who are conservatives and hold the Constitution at heart. Even so, Bammy is doing al ot of things that even a RINO will not do, at least most RINO's do have some honor and scruples.
