The latest clueless Democrat Congressman to spout off about the healthcare bill is Rep. Phil Hare. View the absolutely priceless video of Rep. Hare makning a fool of himself several times over, including saying that “I don’t worry about the Constitution on this, to be honest.” Yes, that is clearly an honest, off the cuff remark. In the days to come, let’s see how he and his co-horts spin that one. Sadly for Rep. Hare, he also confuses the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence.
He’s also called out on a lie as blatant (and stupid) as the denial a five-year-old caught with both hands in the cookie jar...

I wish I could say that’s unbelievable...but it isn’t any more...this is what the Dims put in office...the real bad thing though, is that we allow him to stay there. We have to stop these people.

It's obvious that the only ideals that this representative believes in is his own, not his constituents. This video proves he's a Liar and doesn't even know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. The main concern should be that he took an oath to uphold the Constitution and he obviously, by his admittance, doesn't care about it. He should be impeached!

Neither did Obama he misquoted the Constitution in his State-of-the-Union speech, used a passage out of the Declaration Independence and attributed it to the Constitution.
Rhetorical question:” To be an academic lecturer on the Constitution, is one ever required to actually read it?”

I doubt Hare has even read the Constitution three times, as he claimed he had read the healthcare bill... Constitution’s a lot shorter and easier to understand.
