$6.4 billion for 440 congressional districts that do not exist. My guess is that money ended up in the coffers of the DNC and other leftist organizations and political campaigns.

Moran bellows about respect but he has no respect for his constituents. He considers himself above answering for his actions. To hades with that attitude! He works for the taxpayers and he can darned well explain his actions to them.
