Picking and a Grinning
Interesting, Weird, and Educational Videos ^ | 2/26/10 | OV

I received this video in an email from my Uncle. I really don't know who's children these are, but considering I have hundreds of relatives around America that I have never met, I will not even attempt to guess who's children they are. I did ask who they are, but he and his wife are somewhere over the Atlantic on their way to France right now. If I could have played a guitar this good at that age, I do think my occupation would have been much different then it is today. These boys are good, considering their age. However, keep an eye on the youngest boy because he seems to do it with the kind of ease that you don't see very often.

So why not take a short break from the news and enjoy this short video clip of a couple of cute kids

"Picking and a Grinning".

Interesting video Ping!

This is a video my Uncle sent me of some very distant relatives of his, and obviously mine also. Now I don't want to disdparage any of my relatives, but I could not help but be reminded of a certain banjo player in the movie “Deliverance” when I watched it. All joking aside, keep an eye on cute little guy.

Musical families are the funnest things in the world. We are Christians, and sing at lots of churches. Christian singing or playing families, they are a culture secular types don’t really know about or understand.

In fact, we were playing and singing with another family just last night.

Kudos to this family. They’ve done a great job. I’ll bet you anything the parents play also, and they all have a blast together.

Those are the Tuttle kids, from Calif. someplace. I think their Dad is a music teacher/performer. Molly, the girl in the hat on the left, has made a name for herself at some music festivals/open mics.

I’ve been playing for years, and I get jealous every time I see that video. They’re playing “El Cumbanchero, BTW.)This clip is a few years old. Google the “Tuttle Family” and you should turn up newer videos!

Interesting, then somehow, someway I am related to them. But then again we are all related in one way or the other. When my Uncle gets my email I sent him I will find out in what way we are related.

Thanks.
