I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
You know, citing Wong Ark doesn’t make your case that Obama is a natural born citizen. You can cut and paste all you want. .... Parsy who is confused.
The trouble is that as far as Obama is concerned, he can come up with a forged original birth certificate, say he’s not responsible for the actions of Fight the Smears or the DOH, and be done with it.
This has to happen through law enforcement. They are the ones who can collect the airtight evidence. But they won’t.
See, I’m not really in this to get Obama. I’m aiming higher than that. I’m in this to kick the corrupt system in the nuts. The corrupt government, media, and law enforcement system.
I’m firing this off right now before it’s had time to simmer so your thoughts may grow on me, and I certainly appreciate your offer of expertise. I don’t even know how citizens can sue somebody for criminal actions. How is it supposed to happen?

This is how a court used Wong exactly the same way I have. You need to wake up and smell the coffee. This is probably how any modern court is going to view the issue. This is just the best way to look at things from the relevant law.
Look what this court called the other theories, BECAUSE THEY IGNORE WONG AND THE CONSTITUTION:

I think you are giving Obama way too much power. Step back and look at the situation:
His popularity has sunk. Half the democrat base is mad at him. His legislation is all tied up. The house and Senate are likely to flip this year. He don’t seem all that indestructable to me.
Our country has survived much more difficult things than Obama. Personally, I am more worried about the Yellowstone super volcano erupting.

You set forth your facts and allegations step by step so that a logical basis is provided for the other side and the court.
I understand you don't want to admit that the facts have already been set forth in a logical basis. While you're rambling on and posting juvenile nonsense, your obvious objective is to derail the conversation and try to deflect from the very simple, obvious facts. Obama's birth was filed and published in an orderly fashion that makes it impossible to have a higher number on his alleged COLB than what the legitimate Nordyke birth certificates show. Either his alleged cert number is fraudulent, the other details on his alleged COLB or fraudulent, or a combination of both. It's simple. It's logical. All you're doing is acting out.
I have copies of the original photos which I downloaded from ineptfactcheck.org when they were first released, and these have the original embedded EXIF data that undermines the claims they’ve made. I also saw Fred’s post. Thanks. You did excellent work uncovering the DOH rules and regs. The supposed legitimacy of the COLB is finally unraveling like the gullobal warming agenda.
It's the boring "I'm an authority and you're not" argument. Then you follow with argument by quantity, rather than quality. Stick to a rebuttal of the facts, if you can. All you're doing is trying to badge butterdezillion, but without refuting what she's posted. And let's drop the corny, 'Nobody can understand it' shtick. You show that you understand it just fine and just want to try to bury it so no one else will see this. You're transparent, but Obama, not so much.
Good call. Obama has successfully kept levels of plausible deniability for himself. He hasn’t personally claimed to be a natural born citizen. He hasn’t personally shown the alleged COLB. He wasn’t the one who took pictures of it with the fraudulent certificate number. He wasn’t the one who said his citizenship was governed by British law at birth. At each step, it can be blamed on someone else. Plus, he can claim that he was wrong about these details. There’s an out in just about any circumstance.

That IS NOT A FACT. THAT IS AN OPINION. THAT IS YOUR CONCLUSION. That don’t work in a law suit.
Break it down into its component facts. If you can’t or it comes out reading sorta screwed up, then there is probably something wrong with your reasoning. This is where you catch it.

Yes. I am sure that it was PLANNED this way. He gave the ok to do it, because obviously the pictures appear on sights that are part of his Campaign. ITs clear where the order came from there. SO the fraud is posted, Hawaii can’t refute it because if they do they have to release information from the REAL file something Obama won’t let them do.
So, by doing this, Obama pulled off a perfect Political chess move. he got to look legit at least through the election and long enough to get sworn in, Trapped Hawaii, and got the added bonus of getting to mock Birthers.

Criminal, but Brilliant. He had to give himself legitimacy, but if he released his REAL COLB, then Hawaii could have released his whole file, in fact BY LAW they would have HAD to, Obama would have given up any right to privacy by releasing it.
He has never posted ANYTHING.
What is on the internet listed as his COLB from Hawaii is a forgery. You see, that way he had a website that third parties had done upthat he could point to with plausible deniablity. He gets to look legit, and STILL force Hawaii to keep his records sealed. If he had released the REAL COLB, then Hawaii by law would have had to release the whole file. THATs the deal. Thats why Hawaii is sipped up so tight, they can’t say its a fraud, because they would have to refer to REAL information to do so, something Obama won’t give permission for.

Let me put it non-legal terms for you. You’re 25 years old again! You got a first date with this hot chick. You’re feeling “lovey.” Now when you get her back to your pad, you have two options.
1. A nice candlelit dinner, wine, and watching When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, and You’ve got Mail on the cozy living room sofa in front of the fireplace.
2. You have whips, chains, leather, 2 inflatable dolls, His and Her matching tricyclces, and a 55 gallon drum of Crisco Lard, just inside the front door and a sling hanging from your chandelier.
Now, I submit, that even in today’s environment, you probably ain’t getting very far with Option 2.
Option one is probably your best bet.
The reason is that Option 2 requires a whole lot of energy and a willingness to go place where few have dared to go. Option 1, is natural, and in accordance with the Way...Tao, dude.
Courts are the same way. They can go that comfortable way, with language and decisions that are familiar, and American....or they can go with some dead Swiss dude from 17 something or nother, and a tortured line of reasoning that makes for a lot more work in the future.

But he and his commie masters have been taking over the systems that give a society its stability. It’s close to a point now where they can do whatever they want because they have neutered the people’s ability to enforce our will through legal means.
They’ve reduced the checks and balances built into our government so we’re now in a pressure cooker. All the steam vents are gone, all the normal ways to petition the government for a redress of grievances are gone since we’ve all been told we have no standing; none of it is our business and we can’t do a thing.
And like Michael Savage was saying on Tuesday, the communist methodology is to slowly turn up the heat so we’re boiling mad but have nowhere to constructively place our energies to preserve the nation.
It’s the systems that have made this America rather than Mexico or Iran, and unless we reclaim the systems - media, law enforcement, the rule of law, the judiciary, education, science, the culture, the Judeo-Christian foundation of our Declaration of Independence, the military, the family - we can’t hold up as a country.
