I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Also, if he didn’t know he wouldn’t be hiding all this stuff. Obama amended his BC when he was deciding whether to run for the presidency.
And it was back in the summer of 1980 that he told Race Bannock that he was born in Mombasa.
It’s nice to give people the benefit of the doubt but those 2 facts tell us that he knew all along.

No. If it is phony and he knows it, then there are all kinds of bad things that could happen. Things that I haven’t seen anyone discuss, yet. It doesn’t have to be a “legal” document for that to happen. I would tell you what and how, but it would only end up as another Birther “Conclusion” and here we go again.

If, as seens likely, they were using the Vattel definition, then there is and always has been, an exemptin to the jus soli requirement. Or properly, an "understanding" that those born in the service of the country, are considered to have been born in the country, and thus satisfy the jus soli
Your link also may contain information obtained from a FAKE birth certificate posted on the internet, just like Obummer's was. Probably by Oh's own minions, since their is contemporary documentation that he was born a the Coco Solo base hospital, which might have been pretty small and inadequate, and was thus replaced a few years later, such replacement serving as "proof" that there no hospital there at the time McCain was born.
But, be that as it may, it's moot. McCain is no longer running, although we may have his cannidacy to thank for O-Boy's "presidency".

Are you saying I haven’t done my homework? Are you saying I haven’t laid it out in a rational fashion that is understandable to people?
If you have (or anybody has) suggestions for how to make it more understandable I’m thrilled to improve what I’ve got.
But what’s holding us down right now is that we have no legal means to go anywhere with this. The judges have denied it’s any of our business. And law enforcement refuses to investigate.
All we can do at this point is educate the people so there will be an outcry. Perhaps when we have enough people asking for an investigation they will hear us.
Then again, maybe they’ll put us all in jail for being “vexatious requestors”...

IMO, that judicial malfeasance should have
rightfully been brought before a chief judge
or the Bar arbitration board for an official
rendering .. it was so blatantly unethical.
