It certainly helps that she was a mayor and a governor.

However, quitting her job as governor before the end of her first term was a fatal mistake if she had any presidential ambitions. She should have remained governor and gotten reelected, if she wanted to be president.

She’s no longer a serious presidential contender.

I’m not sure she was ever fit to be president regardless. Sure she’s more fit than Hussein was when he was running, but if that’s the baseline of qualifications we are to hold as a standard from now on, we’re finished as a nation.

I know I’ll catch hell from many on here for saying so. Her supporters tend to be as fanatical as Hussein’s most die hard followers.

Please, give me an example of where she showed leadership?

I'll give you one. Sarah Palin gave up her governorship for the sake of her state. The fact that you and others cannot understand that isn't her fault.

Palin rejected third party solutions (when she could have easily taken that coarse and become an unelectable, star).

Issue after issue she has been challenging Obama in her speeches, interviews and tweets, more so than anyone else.

You are gonna have to wait till you die on that one, I am afraid. I have no time to produce yet another list to every anti-Palin idiot that shows up on FR at any time.

Telling the truth?
You wouldn’t known the truth if it hit you between the eyes?
Paid shills are by nature liars and thieves.

You would have to tell the truth first.

100% in agreement with your post.

These Palin-bots will conveinently ignore all of the questions surrounding her integrity and political positions, but will explode with a fit of rage about another candidates “one-off” position.

The group think at Free Republic has become frightening. Palin is nothing even remotely close to “Presidential Timber”.

>>>>>Huckabee is the enemy, he’s to the left of Obama on fiscal and nanny state issues.

LOL I'm no fan of Huckabee, but that is a dumb remark. Huck does support the Fair Tax, which is about as far as you get away from being like Obama as anyone can get.

Sarah Palin remains a viable alternative for conservatives in 2012, if he decides to run. Palin would be a much better candidate then Mitch Daniels, or the phony and fraud, Mitt Romney.

The anti-Palin low lives will never actually attack her on her record as govenor or mayor, but then always come here, and spew out pure garbage, every time.

Amen! Two people are most responsible for Obama’s fall from his lofty artificial perch, Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin.

For the love of god. I hope “challenging Obama in speeches, interviews, and tweets” isn’t the new criteria to become PRESIDENT OF THE FREAKING FREE WORLD!

Rejecting Third Party Solutions? Wow.. Some crisis she navigated out of.

OH... MY... GOD...

As far as Palin hurting herself by resigning as governor, no amount of arguing is going to change your mind for it is too tightly closed.

It's not my mind you have to change, if she's the nominee I am voting for her, it's the independents we have to also bring over in order to win, which I'm afraid she already lost forever.

Plus it's clear being that her supporters can only resort to 3rd grade name calling against other Conservatives (Living in my Parents Basement LOL!!) who have reservations about her that there are no intellectually arguments for her nomination.

The very valid reasons why she resigned have been posted here over and over and over again, but you try telling the anti-Plain idiots that.
They will loose the argument in one thread, and appear in another Palin thread the next day, and post exactly the same crap that was taken apart the previous day.
Go figure.

No, the opposite is true.

One who wishes to run for president and one who also wishes to to keep their day job as governor, is one who isn't doing either properly.

“ Two people are most responsible for Obama’s fall from his lofty artificial perch, Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin.”

People most responsible for Obama’s attainment of POTUS.

Romney. Parker. Frum. Powell. Rice. Erickson. ….
