As has already been pointed out to you twice now, Sarah resigned because it was the only effective thing she could do given the circumstances. She has explained this episode in her life in detail in "Going Rogue" and it has been re-iterated here "ad-nauseum".

She had a stream of continuous law-suits filed against her, I believe at least 20, that consumed at least 80% of her time and her staff's time dealing with the FOIA requests and legal issues. She was in debt $500,000 dollars as a result.

She was no longer able to effectively govern; who would be if they only had maybe 2 hours a day to actually do the work of the people.

There was no end in sight with regard to the fake lawsuits they kept coming until she resigned.

You tell us what she should have done?

Struggled on getting deeper and deeper in debt?

Continue to short-change the citizens of Alaska by only being able to apply 2 hours per day to her job?

*As Mayor she proposed raising sales tax to support her pet Hockey rink project.
*She supported a Windfall Profits tax on Oil Companies.
*She outright lied and misrepresented her stance on the Bridge to Nowhere.
*She’s a dunce when it comes to American History.
*She’s a dunce when it comes to Foreign Policy.

As you might have heard about a week ago Daily Kos/Research 2000 came out with a poll that said that 53% of Republicans claimed that Sarah Palin is MORE QUALIFIED than Obama to be POTUS, while yesterday Econ/youguv asking the same question came up with 66% of Republicans now feel that Palin is more qualified to be POTUS than Obama.

And when the question is asked in the reverse to whether Sarah Palin is LESS QUALIFIED than Obama, 40% of WHITE VOTERS, 78.5% of Republicans, and 74.4% of conservatives reject that notion, meaning that almost 8 in 10 Republicans and 7.5 of 10 conservatives don’t see Palin as any less qualified than Obama. And we are still 33 months from the 2012 election and almost 2 years from the start of the GOP primary votes.

But again let’s resolve to focus on Obama and to always keep him in our crosshairs.
