I would say that this is mostly an inadvertent scratch Obama does to his face while talking, however everytime this happens, it's always when he's talking about political opponents, today he was at the Republican House retreat..This is the 4th time he's done this if you're counting...(Video)

He was raised by spoiled hippies from Washington state living in Hawaii and not by his Kenyan (Not American) father. No matter what color a hippie is, they will show disrespect to anybody, especially if they’re spoiled communist Puget Sounders. He didn’t lose a pseudoscientific “genetic lottery”. World leaders know Obama is ineligible to be President. If not through their own intelligence services, they know all about it by reading the Canadian, Australian, and British newspapers.
Obama is showing the world he is still in charge and gets treated with respect by the opposition party. I wish Nathan Deal had asked him for a response to his letter asking to release the birth certificate.
I do not think Obama is going to last before the Fall elections. One or more of the various quo warranto lawsuits will be covered in the media (TV) after being squelched for over a year. You just can't keep a lie like this covered up much longer.

I would think it would take more dexterity to use the middle finger than the index finger. I interpret it, therefore, as a deliberate gesture. Remember when Carol Burnett closed her show by tugging at her ear as a gesture of love towards her grandmother? BO probably uses this adolescent stunt as a signal to one of his Leftist buddies. Wouldn’t be surprised if, over a beer, he said to some liberal crony, “Look, tell you what. When I pretend to scratch my nose with my middle finger,it means I’m havin’ the time of my life stickin’ it to those fools.”

You’re right. I’ve said repeatedly that Leftists and Libs are some of the rudest, most ill-mannered people on Earth and they’re that way for a reason. They see such things as civility, manners ,decorum and graciousness as bourgeois and are things to be mocked. Obama was raise by hippies and manners and decency are always the first of bourgeois values to be attacked.
If the drive by media were not such a lapdog, they would've looked into this instead of being stenographers for Obama (Rush Limbaugh phrase).

lso, in the speech he says that he doesn’t want Washington to be so “Washington-like.” .... He doesn’t want Washington to be like it is. And yet he wants Washington to control your health care... and everything else.
However, I think the American people talked LOUD AND CLEAR with the VA, NJ and MA elections.
