I would say that this is mostly an inadvertent scratch Obama does to his face while talking, however everytime this happens, it's always when he's talking about political opponents, today he was at the Republican House retreat..This is the 4th time he's done this if you're counting...(Video)

Does it really matter whether he actually does flip a middle finder when he is talk, if that is what he is implicitly saying with his words?
Also, in the speech he says that he doesn’t want Washington to be so “Washington-like.” .... He doesn’t want Washington to be like it is. And yet he wants Washington to control your health care... and everything else.
His ‘speech’ was painful enough. The Q&A was absolutely ridiculous. 0 was consistently evasive. It was kinda funny how he kept saying that we shouldn’t be looking back, while at the same time blaming all our current ills on the actions of Bush and Republicans.

I think more is going on here than meets the eye; he stages everything, including when he was talking with Netanyahu and had photos taken with his feet on the desk, while low class and un-professional; in passing, nothing gets out of this administration they don’t want out! I believe this POS uses his appearances to convey coded messages to those in opposition to America. Listen to what is said and watch what is done and how he presents the response…in most cases it is against the citizenry and in favor of America’s enemies, including foreign and domestic.

It has less to do with environmental influences, and more to do with whether the dirtbag came out of the deep or the shallow end of the gene pool. Clearly, he doesn't have the tools required to treat the office he now holds with the dignity it demands. It really can't be taught if the student is below a certain level of acumen. You either have it, or you don't.

Hmmmm... is he saying that he doesn't want continue the processes and freedoms that made the United States the massive economic engine that virtually feeds the rest of the world? Is he saying that he doesn't want the United States to be a leading military power?
Is he saying he doesn't want the United States to have the highest standard of living in the world, where even those who are deemed in poverty have color TVs, cell phones, and automobiles?
I think he might be saying that he wants to do away with the legislative process and let's say, make him dictator so he doesn't have to screw with politicians and the public.

On the one hand, I thought the Republicans were stupid to let him in their meetings—but on the other hand, it could be seen as brilliant: Obama sure doesn’t let THEM into HIS meetings on anything!!! Yep, he used the middle finger and the man really can’t help himself. He can’t handle the responsibility of the Office and his cracks are beginning to show.
