U.S AGREES TO TIMETABLE FOR U.N. GUN BAN (True?)

U.S. agrees to timetable for UN Gun Ban The United Nations and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are moving forward with their plan to confiscate your guns.

The United States joined 152 other countries in support of the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, which establishes the dates for the 2012 UN conference intended to attack American sovereignty by stripping Americans of the right to keep and bear arms.

Working groups of anti-gun countries will begin scripting language for the conference this year, creating a blueprint for other countries when they meet at the full conference.

The stakes couldn't be higher.

Former United Nation's ambassador John Bolton has cautioned gun owners about the Arms Trade Treaty and says the UN “is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there’s no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.”

Establishing the dates for the Arms Trade Treaty Conference is just the first step toward their plans for total gun confiscation.

The worldwide gun control mob will ensure the passage of an egregious, anti-gun treaty...

. . .and that's where Secretary of State Hillary Clinton steps in.

Once the UN Gun Ban is passed by the General Assembly of the United Nations it must be ratified by each nation, including the United States.

As an arch enemy of gun owners, Clinton has pledged to push the U.S. Senate to ratify the treaty. She will push for passage of this outrageous treaty designed to register, ban and CONFISCATE firearms owned by private citizens like YOU.

What good is 6000 rounds if one won’t first use six?

I’d rather die defending the Constitution than waste away with some disease. I look forward to the day I hear that the people are heading to Washington to take the country back, and will ride to the sound of the guns.

I thought I had enough ammunition for that fateful day. Looks like I need to double it.

You are correct - international treaties of this nature must be ratified by the Senate, and by a 2/3’s vote. Even with our very liberal Congress, there is no chance of that happening with this bill.

The treaty must also pass scrutiny under our Constitution, and thus, even if the Senate did ratify by a 2/3rd's vote, the SCOTUS could still strike it down.

What planet are you living on? When was the last time this administration bothered with the former Constitution?

In fact, what is the current score, over the past 30 years, for the SCOTUS bothering with the former Constitution?

Start with CO2 and work backwards on the decisions. There has been no SCOTUS (or their underlings in the Circuit courts) supporting the former Constitution for many years. So your "hope" is really a "pipe-dream"....

I say...let's get the party started.

The faster these b@st@rds get their rumps handed to’em, the faster we can heal this nation.

I lost all of my guns in an unfortunate boating accident.

That was a crazy hunting trip, huh, BH? When the boat capsized, and you had to choose to save me or our entire stockpile, including my AR-15 and my Kimber .40...
That's incredible! I don't believe it...
….... I didn't know Kimber made them in .40...

I sold my boat and bought more guns and ammo.

I’m on at least one list the government has. I sent in my fingerprints to the government to buy M-1 Garands and more ammo.

My preparation is being a member of the NRA. The SAF also needs your support.

Only five percent of the gunowners support their Right to Keep and Bear Arms
