Lubbock—During a dinner on Thursday night, December 31, 2009, the Texas Tech Alumni are having their annual awards ceremony banquet and New Year’s Eve bash. This year they’ve decided to add another category for the awards presentations. The category in question is the “Biggest Wussy Category.” The “Biggest Wussy Category” was created to determine which ballplayer should have a sex change; thereby becoming a girl.
Each category includes a vote by a committee upon the name entered into the category. In the past, some of the categories have included, “The Toughest Player,” “The Smartest Player,” and “Most Outstanding Player.” In past years, the vote has been close, but this year for the “Biggest Wussy Category,” the vote wasn’t even close. Adam James name was a unanimous vote in the wake of his whining, and in Texas Tech University’s firing of Coach Mike Leach.

Thank you Aggie Mom! The James family are really nice and conservative people. I know it’s easy to follow the leader and bad mouth them just because he is a person on TV. I think we all know Leach is hard to get along with and probably not one of the nicest people to be around or work with. Why don’t we all wait and see what comes of all this and not just eat one of our own. Just my opinion.

A whole host of current and former coaches, as well as players have come forward saying the son was a whiny brat who never gave his all and complained - and his daddy was a little league dad who called to whine when his baby boy didn’t get enough playing time. Doesn’t sound very conservative to me.

I don’t know. I’ll be interested in seeing how it all plays out. Just my 2 cents worth. But I know my very conservative father would have moved heaven and earth if he felt someone was endangering his nineteen/ twenty year old son.
Dang! I would call you a neanderthal...but then that would be an insult to the neanderthal species. Given your medical expertise, please explain to me exactly what is a “slight” concussion? Does the kid have to be puking his guts out like that QB from Florida? Does he have to collapse and lose consciousness? Exactly what makes a concussion “slight”?
I have an idea, how about giving you a concussion, and then locking you in a room, turning off the lights, and forcing you to stand (no sitting, no leaning on anything) for an hour...maybe 2...maybe 3 hours? Heck, why don’t you just try doing that without a concussion and see if you can actually do it.
You Red Raider fans who are so blinded by your thirst for victory choose to conveniently ignore that Leach is nothing more than a bully who’s shortcomings you overlook because he can win football games. The only crybabies I see here are the Red Raider fans who are calling for the heads of the administration at Texas Tech rather than seeing Leach for who he really is...a two-bit thug who thinks he can do and get away with anything because he puts up a win on the scoreboard week after week.
So now Coach Leach is a thug? Haha -what a frivolous comment. He has never had a complaint for abuse in ten years. He is known for graduating his players and isn’t that what they are really there for, an education? How many coaches can claim that? He is in the top 10% in the country -

Adam James didn’t belong in D1 football. Tech was the only school who gave him a look.
First of all, I'm not a Tech fan. I'm a Texas fan and MSU alum. And even we know railroadings when we see it.
Two, a slight concussion is the term Leach and the training staff used. Why don't you pull your head out of your ass and go read the facts.
Three, I've had concussions- two. And if I was put in a dark, cool room for three hours instead of being subjected to light, I would have been most grateful.

Note also that the beginning of it shows James on the field w/o pads, unlike his teammates.
I do hope that Leach sues Tech.
