Prayers please for my wife and family. My father-in-law passed away last night. A hard situation is made harder by us being 2000+ miles away with no resources to tap for travel expenses. Please pray for comfort and acceptance. Thanks.

I know how difficult and painful it is as my father too passed
on the east coast and I on the west coast. He is at peace with all of his loved ones welcoming him to Heaven.
Stay strong and know he is in warm loving hands.

I’m so sorry to “hear” this news.
Prayers offered for you and yours for God’s peace and strength.
And, may your father-in-law rest in God’s eternal peace.

Hang in there. And instead of letting her feel like Christmas is ruined forever for her, maybe try to steer her to the idea that Jesus called her loved one home,, on a special day. A sad sad reminder that this holiday is not really about the trivial things,,,
Easy for me to say, hard to do,,,
