In a New York minute.......(I’d join, if I were Texan) I’m sorry to have used a euphemism mentioning such a corrupt and immoral state, second only to Illinois and California.
To me it seems obvious and logical that there will be a Civil War Two in the future. I do not see the possibility of Communism and Capitalism Co-Existing in the United States. I would personally seceed as an individual if I could and waive all future Federal handouts goodies freebies Social Security Medicare all of it. In exchange for Freedom from them.
If I were going to fight bleed and die for something, it would not be to secure the liberty and freedom of a single state, it would be for my entire country.
I want off the train. SECEDE!
I reached this conclusion a few months ago. I was initially against secession, but it is time to jump off the Titanic. Secede!
I’m a NY’er, but am seeking to escape over the iron curtain.
How to get TX citizenship???!
W for president?
Avoiding A Train Wreck: Texas Secession
Well, I'd tell people that they don't have to worry about secession, because there's a "big bad dude" coming along who will make short work of Texas... LOL...
There's this "big bad Jewish fellow" out there, who's showing up soon, sorta unexpected, and he's "looking for bear" and is gonna open up "the biggest can of whoopass" you've ever seen in your life, on a bunch of people here...
That's what Texas should be concerned about... :-)
However, many fail to understand -- but they will "understand" when the Messiah of Israel returns to this earth, sets His feet on the soil of this globe, and sets up the ruling authority -- the one-world government -- that He puts into place over all nations, including the United States (and... no secession allowed here...).
He's the Messiah of Israel, that He is coming back to earth, to set up a one-world government, with His headquarters in Jerusalem, ruling over all the nations of the world, including the United States and will rule over all who are still alive (from who are living right now today) -- and that He will definitely scrap the Constitution of the United States and make Himself the supreme ruler over all that we do.
The "day of reckoning" is coming for all of those who are trying to take over the world and put it totally under their control in an evil one-world empire. And they do admit that they want a one-world government -- their government, not God's...
When the Messiah of Israel comes back to this earth to set up His one-world government and subject all the nations of the world to His authority and rule -- He'll be making real short work of any of those yahoos... LOL...
And you can be sure that He will be utterly destroying anything to do with any of these yahoos, since whatever they say and do is a total perversion of anything to do with the Messiah of Israel.
And for sure -- we all, in this world, need the Messiah of Israel back, here on earth -- to destroy this coming one-world government and to install His own one-world government in its place.
I'm looking forward to the coming Kingdom on earth and the one-world government that the Messiah of Israel will be setting up, after He destroys, by His own hand, the present and evil one-world government that we see forming right now.
Isaiah 9:6-7 For unto us a Child is born. Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
If Texas seceeds, I will move to Texas.
If Texas goes they aren’t going to be alone. There will be other States asking to join them, or at least support them.
I think Texas secession is a fine idea.
But before anyone goes and gets all excited over the possibility, ask yourself this question: am I, personally, willing to shoot and kill an American soldier or Marine?
Don’t ask such a question lightly. Put yourself in the situation where you, with your own finger, have to pull the trigger on a man wearing the uniform of the United States armed forces — a man with a family, who speaks the same language you do, watches sports on TV, has a kid in college. Can you do it? Can you live with it afterwards?
At the same time, ask yourself how you would feel about seeing your town occupied by troops and placed under martial law. Imagine every newspaper, television network, and major website in the world aligned against you. Imagine your kids going hungry, spending their days in hiding, dodging bombs and bullets. Imagine no gasoline at any price. Imagine no cars, no motorcycles, no trains, no buses. Imagine no electricity for months on end. Imagine no meat, no fresh vegetables, no a/c, no heat. Imagine no antbiotics when you get cut on a barbed-wire fence or perforated by a bullet. Imagine eating garbage, wearing rags, crouching in the cold rain by a dark roadside planting homemade bombs while guys in dry clothes hover overhead in their Apache helicopters with night vision cameras, their machine guns ready to chop YOU into hamburger meat.
Imagine being a terrorist. Because if Texas ever did secede from the United States, and you supported that secession, that is exactly what you would be, by law.
I’m not saying that we should forget the idea. What I’m saying is let’s be damned sure we have a realistic picture of what it would be like if it ever happened. Secession would mean war — with the whole United States military (and probably a lot of foreigners) versus Texas. It would not be some Red Dawn fantasy, complete with heroic music, teenage girls in tight jeans firing machine guns, and John Milius on hand to guarantee a happy ending.
It would be like Iraq, only YOU would be the Iraqi. Think of everything the Army did to the Iraqis during the war. Now think of it happening to YOU.
Again, I’m not saying secession won’t someday be necessary. But I am saying that we ought to think damned seriously about what Uncle Sam did the last time we tried it.
Relocate to Texas NOW. Do not wait until we secede, and do not wait for a "leader" to emerge. Humanity has moved past the period in history when leaders were required. Now is the dawn of individual freedom birthed from individual conviction and action. You are the person. The time is now.
Come to Texas not as part of a movement, but *as* the movement. Be the "Lone Star" in the Lone Star Republic.
It will never happen.
Texas is, in my estimation, currently about 30 percent conservative, 40 percent liberal (as in, socialist), and about 30 percent barely right of center. Texas is no where near as conservative as, say, Oklahoma or Utah.
