Since the liberal reaction was overwhelmingly negative to our "11 Reasons Why Scrooge Is A Progressive," we're introducing 10 Reasons Why The Grinch Is A Progressive. Revealed for the first time: the Christmas-snatching Grinch is actually a politically-correct progressive. Here are the top ten pieces of evidence.

1. Instead of using a snowmobile prefers more environmentally-correct dog-powered sled.

So he took his dog Max, and he took some black thread, and he tied a big horn on the top of his head.

2. As a vegan, the Grinch refuses to eat Roast Beast.

3. Out-of-touch mountain retreat similar to confines of Washington D.C. beltway. (Both are also snow-covered thanks to Copenhagen treaty.)

It’s not ‘progressive’ its LIBERAL L-I-B-E-R-A-L

Lying to hide your true agenda is simply another symptom of being liberal (a mental desease)

The Grinch also likes to ruin everyone’s Christmas with 1 AM legislation, plans to vote on Christmas Eve, plans to vote on Christmas Day, and major reading assignments during the Christmas holiday.

The Grinch likes to smear and scare people around Christmas too.

I love it when libs call themselves progressives. Progress is a word with a meaning, and when an anti-progressive tries to wrap himself around that word, it’s ridiculous.

Actually, if anyone knows 20th century political history, “Progressive” is worse than “liberal,” it’s straight-up Communist. Truman’s opponent in 1948, his predecessor as Vice-President, Henry Wallace, ran as the Progressive Party candidate, and he was a Soviet sympathizer.

True. It seems like even a lot of FReepers don't realize this.
