Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson says he won’t vote for the “health care” bill if it has any support for killing womb babies.

Will he cave?

If he’s an opportunistic politician, of which they are legion, then we do not know if we can trust him.

If he’s a totally committed biblical believer, no matter what the politics, his allegiance to God’s Word will not waver.

Time will tell.

I want Nelson to get the stones to condemn the entire bill itself. Not just because it contains funding for abortion - abortion is still legal and any Obamacare bill will have some type of subsidies or funding for abortion, it'll just be renamed under "sex education" or "pregnancy care" or something. If people like Nelson will only oppose the bill because of abortion and not the premise of gov't takeover of healthcare itself, then he might as well just vote for the damn bill and spare us this heroic s--t. Because any abortion compromise will be taken out when the two chambers reconcile the bill anyway.
