Second, not all Gentiles are Christians. That's where the misunderstanding comes in. There are those who equate Gentile with Christian. They say that if one is not a Jew he is automatically a Christian. Not so.

How about a shiksa?
this bizzarre piece has got me wondering again about now what is a talmuddi.....?
Gentiles are ‘the lost tribe of ephraim’ beleive it or not- so gentiles are avtually Jewish, and wil lshare i nthe ingheritance of Heaven provided we accept Christ as Savior- I did a report o ntjhis once, and there is evidence showing that we gentiles are ifnact from hte lost tribe of ephraim
“gentiles are ifnact from hte lost tribe of ephraim”
OK, I gotta here that.
How are the Chinese and African Pigmies (to use a couple examples) all descendants of Abraham?
A lovely example of the "no true Scotsman" logical fallacy.

It is also fair to point out that the Crusades were a centuries-delayed counter-attack against Muslim jihad. Didn't make them right, but religious holy war is a Muslim not Christian invention.
Joseph Smith proved the American Indians are all descended from the ancient Israelites.
Do I really need a sarcasm tag?
True enough, but that doesn't excuse the fact that a lot of Crusaders stopped on their way to the Holy Land to murder and rob the Jews of Europe.
Yes, you can be a gentile, but not a Christian. You can also be a Baptist, a Catholic, a Methodist etc. but not a Christian.
Jesus these “exceptions” 1.Except ye be converted.(Matt. 5:20) 2.Except ye repent(Luke 13:3) 3.Except a man be born again(John3:5) Ye cannot see, or ye cannot enter the kingdom of God.
And throughout the New Testament we read: “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible!”
We cannot become a Christian without becoming “a son of God.” And we cannot become a son of God without receiving Christ. “To as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.” (John 1:12)
The Bible only uses the word “Christian” 3 times: First in Acts 11:26, “....And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” And in Acts 26:28: “Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.”
And last: “Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.” (1 Peter 4:16)
We must all remember, all the Bible was written by the Jews, in which God ordained it to be so. As He did that all the prophets were Jews, and all the disciples and all of the beginning church were Jews.(Gentiles were not yet allowed)
The Lord Jesus said, “Ye worship ye know not what: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:22-24)
Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ also said: “Search the scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life: for they are they which testify of Me.” (John 5:39).
you’ll find some info on that by googling ‘ten lost tribes’ or ‘gentiles are lost tribe of ephraim’
True enough, but that doesn't excuse the fact that a lot of Crusaders stopped on their way to the Holy Land to murder and rob the Jews of Europe.
I know I'm wading into the the pond without waterwings on, but, (if the muslims had been plundering Europe for centuries) how much Jewish wealth was actually left (in Europe) for Crusaders to rob?
The Crusader attacks on Jews were mainly in the Rhineland, which is not one of the parts of Europe the Moslems had plundered.
To be perfectly fair, the standard procedure whenever Christians got all worked up at the time about anything was to murder and rob Jews.
The relatively easy Muslim conquest some centuries earlier of Syria, Egypt and Spain also had a good deal to do with passive or active assistance by the Jews and Christian “heretics” of these areas, who were understandably tired of the whole murdering and robbing bit.
While today Islam is intolerant of other religions, in the 7th and 8th century rule by Muslims was greatly preferable for Jews and “heretics” than rule by orthodox “Christians.”
