Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

I live alone with two old cats. Cooking is my latest hobby. The kittyboys like the leftovers, usually. I made a pumpkin pie yesterday ... they weren’t into pumpkin. It is derogatory and it was created by DUmmies and KOSKrapheads. He and his troll pack use the term constantly to harass and disrupt discussions regarding the birth certificate. He pings his posse to the threads specifically to disrupt them. I think he’s a jerk and I stand by that statement.
We freepers in SW VA and East TN are known for hospitality. My family has a picnic pavillion on a farm, where we gather folks for food and chat. Let us know when you’re coming this way and freepers bert, jaycee, Nellie Mae, MHGinTN, don-o, Mrs. Don-o and maybe Tennessee Nana will throw a picnic for ya. Shucks, we might even get girlangler and her guy to drive down again.
Buckeye is the keeper of the ping list. It's no more a secret group than any other ping list. I have several ping lists which I don't share with everyone. Many times when there is a Fred Thompson thread or Ann Coulter thread or someone sees a thread relating to going Galt, I'm the only one pinged because I'm the list holder. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Thank you. That explains it for me. It was just wrong place, wrong time sort of thing. Buckeye used to be what he calls a *birther* and apparently he had a falling out with some people. Then he joined the anti-*birthers* and pings them to every single article posted regarding the BC. The come, disrupt, hog the board, etc. So when the mod pinged him, of course everyone was like WTF was that.
I will never understand why so many FReepers waste hours and hours on something they think is a non issue. Why don’t they just go to DU or Kos where they will always be agreed with instead of fighting with and making fun of other freepers here. I guess they like to eat their own, or ..........
