European Union set to outlaw objections to Islamic practices

If all goes as planned, the 27 member states of the European Union will soon have a common hate crime legislation, which will turn disapproval for Islamic practices or homosexual lifestyles into crimes. Europe's Christian churches are trying to stop the plan of the European political establishment, but it is not clear if they will be successful.
Last April, the European Parliament approved the European Union's Equal Treatment Directive. A directive is the name given to an EU law. As directives overrule national legislation, they need the approval of the European Council of Ministers before coming into effect. Next month, the Council will decide on the directive, which places the 27 EU member states under a common anti-discrimination legislation. The directive's definition of discriminatory harassment is so broad that every objection to Muslim or homosexual practices will be considered unlawful.
Originally intended to serve as an equal treatment directive for the disabled by prohibiting discrimination when accessing "goods and services, including housing," activist European politicians and governments had the directive's scope expanded to include discrimination on the basis of religion, age and sexual orientation.
Under the directive, harassment - defined as conduct "with the purpose or effect of violating the dignity of a person and of creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment" - is deemed a form of discrimination.

Why is it a “hate crime” to SAY that certain people are fanatical about wanting to kill all Christians and Jews and that we should protect ourselves,
and why is it not a hate crime to actually KILL Christians and Jews.
The left gets outraged over un-PC words, and doesn’t care about actual violent actions, as long as the violent actions are done by their favorite people.
I didnt think directives overule national legislation. Directives outline a common policy, but it is up to national legislatures to make the laws that implement that policy.
That’s my understanding, at any rate.

Make it quite clear. We don’t object to praying 5 times a day, fasting during a month, wearing certain clothing and not eating pork.
We do object to slicing heads off of necks while singing religious ditties, filming the ceremony, broadcasting the video on the internet to be watched while eating halal popcorn.
What if the Muslims do something to oppose homosexual practices? The up the creek without a paddle on that one!
Just a thought. This bunch from the middle east hangs people who indulge in homosexual practices. How much do you want to bet that they get a free pass on this, while normal people are arrested for STATING opinions on this?

Hillary Clinton has actually done the right thing and is taking a stand against the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), and the United Nations which in the past had banned any criticism of Islam in regards to human rights. Miracles do happen!

Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared,"Kill any Jew who falls under your power."
Ibn Ishaq: 327 - “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”
Its far from a mass movement, but yes, it is a miracle that such words could come from a Clintons mouth!
