When I first became aware that the Democratic National Committee prepared, signed and notarized two slightly different Certification of Nomination documents for the Obama-Biden ticket in the 2008 election, I was shocked and after verifying both documents as real, I wrote about it in The Theory is Now a Conspiracy and Facts Don’t Lie released on September 10, 2009.
The question was obvious – Why TWO different DNC Obama certification documents, and why did one have proper certification of constitutional eligibility in it, while the other had that certification deleted?
The Obama camp had been using the defense that the DNC had properly vetted and certified Obama’s eligibility for months. Judge after judge had used that claim and the fact that Obama’s COLB (Certification of Live Birth) had been “Snoped – FactChecked – blogged and twittered” as “legal proof” that Obama was eligible for office, despite the very real fact that Obama has never released any authenticated proof on the subject.
Then we find out that the DNC did NOT certify Obama as eligible under Article II – Section I of the Constitution, in 49 of 50 states. The DNC had only filed such certification in the state of Hawaii, Obama’s alleged birth place. The other 49 states received a Certification of Nomination which did NOT certify Obama as constitutionally eligible for office.
This story caused a firestorm of interest, comment and speculation across the web, leading Bob Unruh at World Net Daily to ask, What does Pelosi know about Obama’s eligibility?

I think perhaps the author is through with that line of questioning the DNC purposed deceit with non-certifying certifications. I can assure you that the author is still very much ‘in the game’. There is a huge issue of the obamanoid goons threatening media if they expose the fraudulent one. And there is a developing story regarding the amendments to the HI vital records of the lying sack of mooselimb poo soiling the Oval Office, occasionally ... he’s on vacation, the golf course, or out of town so much, the steward to the Oval Office surely must ask for voucher each time the prick returns and orders room service.

The secretary of state's staff in California told me that the DNC had verified that Obama was qualified to run and they (the SofS) did not do so.
Poster (about halfway down the page) making the point that her twins were born a day AFTER the date on Zero's COLB ....and yet, the certificate number on Zero's is higher than the ones on her twins' forms:

Sorry, I thought it was 2/3 but an insurmountable task in any case. Elsewhere I replied to a post about the possibilities of a Dem majority on SCOTUS and how they can ‘amend’ the Constitution by interpretation. I.e., finding an inarticulated “right” within a penumbra.
Even with a Congress consisting entirely of Republicans, you'd be waiting for an event that, legally and logically, could never happen. Once SCOTUS rules as mentioned above, all that remains is for those who depend upon the authority of the POTUS to legitimize their official activities to respect the Constitutional chain of command by giving full weight and effect to the decision of the SCOTUS.
Far better to be pissed off than pissed on.

Exposing Zero's lies and subversion must be done simultaneously with "addressing the issues, establishing facts and ideas". Thinking we cannot do both is a false dilemma.
Zero must be assaulted from every side. He must be defeated.
