As I said to Mr. Corsi in an Email, in his whole article, the above sentence says it all. If B.H.O. is telling the truth, why does he need defenders to block discovery of evidence? Somethin' is fishy.

What is interesting though, is that all his other records are locked up so no one can peruse them. There are reasons why he won’t release any of his records.

No, there are phases to discovery. Under Rule 26 (a) they gather the preliminaries . Specifically from Rule 26 (a):
(ii) a copy — or a description by category and location — of all documents, electronically stored information, and tangible things that the disclosing party has in its possession, custody, or control and may use to support its claims or defenses, unless the use would be solely for impeachment;
However, review of administrative records is exempt from initial discovery. But what they can do, for example with Hawaii, is get the description by category and location of all pertinent documents. This will be under penalty of perjury if they are not forthcoming. All this is presented to the judge in the hearing on Oct 5. Then the other side will launch objections. The judge will decide and issue subpoenas.
Of course they will have to produce the documents before the Jan trial date. The judge will issue a discovery cut-off date. After that date, no more discovery motions will be heard ( unless in an extraordinary circumstance )
They don't have to go through Obama to get confirmation on what documents exist in possession of the State of Hawaii or the College?
