Obama Scared Of Sarah Palin? Tonight's speech includes The Governor!
Governor Palin 4 President ^

Posted on 09/09/2009 1:37:45 PM PDT by MaxCUA

The Politico posted a lovely piece: White House talking points blast Palin. I feel this post sums up Obama’s frustrations (click on link) with Governor Palin.

OUR White House cannot resist but to focus on Governor Palin and make her the focus of opposition. You have to give credit to The Governor when she speaks we all listen. Although I will not be listening to the speech tonight

If they would have left her alone after the election, she may have just faded away.

but Andree McLeod and company couldn’t help themselves.

I think this new tactic helps Palin more than it hurts Obama

Hehehe...Sarah shoots...SHE SCORES!

"President Obama argues that Democrats' "will provide every American with some basic consumer protections that will finally hold insurance companies accountable." Of course consumer protection sounds like a good idea. And it's true that insurance companies can be unaccountable and unresponsive institutions—much like the federal government. That similarity makes this shift in focus seem like nothing more than an attempt to deflect attention away from the details of the Democrats' proposals—proposals that will increase our deficit, decrease our paychecks, and increase the power of unaccountable government technocrats.

"Instead, let's talk about real health-care reform: market-oriented, patient-centered, and result-driven. As the Cato Institute's Michael Cannon and others have argued, such policies include giving all individuals the same tax benefits received by those who get coverage through their employers; providing Medicare recipients with vouchers that allow them to purchase their own coverage; reforming tort laws to potentially save billions each year in wasteful spending; and changing costly state regulations to allow people to buy insurance across state lines. Rather than another top-down government plan, let's give Americans control over their own health care.

"We often hear such overblown promises from Washington. With the facts in hand, tell them that this time we're not buying it."
Sarah Palin - September 8, 2009

Yeah, he still continues to use those Saul Alinsky tactics, he is so professional at using.....trying to minimize Governor Palin.....he sees her as a threat, because she is the exact opposite of everything he stands for...(not his flowery rhetoric, his actual deeds speak volumes louder)

I'll never understand the kryptonite-like effect she has on the brains of the hard left, but she needs to keep it up.

Not bad for the 'former mayor of the small town of Wasilla, Alaska' who spends most of her time on Facebook.

In all fighting, the direct method may be used for joining battle, but indirect methods will be needed in order to secure victory. In battle, there are not more than two methods of attack - the direct and the indirect; yet these two in combination give rise to an endless series of maneuvers. The direct and the indirect lead on to each other in turn. It is like moving in a circle - you never come to an end. Who can exhaust the possibilities of their combination? - Sun Tzu

No he’s not. She made a big mistake by resigning and the polls reflect that. I have said it before and will say it again, Haley is the way to go. He is a successful governor and he knows the GOP inside out.

To quasi-quote Saturday Nite Live -

"I can see the ObamaCare plan from my House!"

Lady Palin continues to bless us with her insight, her honesty and her Love for our Nation. We are in a constitutional battle.

yep.

they are trying to find a face to link to the tea party movement, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.

but they are just playing Palin’s game. she controls the debate right now. She typing on a labatop somewhere. Obama is in the White House. But it feels like she is the home team in this dog fight.

Obama quit his job as senator, as did joe biden, kathleen whatever her name is, the governor of Arizona quit hers too.

You are dead wrong that Sarah quitting hurt her. Never judge another unless you walk a mile in his/her shoes.

Yeah, except ObaMao is the bully and Sarah is the gentle but strong heroine with a big stick ready to open a can of whoop-ass when the bully gets out of hand.

Wait let me get this straight..Obama is actually gonna mention Sarah by name tonight in his infomercial, I Mean speech..WOW, see, the Communist Party(I mean Democratic party) is tanking badly that they have to attack a private citizen, sitting in her house in Alaska, giving her OPINION on deathcare..it’s her RIGHT to give an opinion, she can say whatever the hell she wants, its up to US if we want to agree with her or not, but the fact that the President of the United States has to attack her for stating her opinion, just shows that she is in his head. Pretty soon there will be a facebook czar to track every posting she makes. They are TERRIFIED of her!! Liberals can call her stupid or whatever the hell they want to but they KNOW she is smart, they wish they had her on their side, they hate the fact that she is a Conservative. If she were one of them they would build a statue in her honor

Van Jones couldn’t last 2 months in the White House yet the media portrays him as a victim. Sarah resigned because she had 20+ ethics complaints against her, she could not do her job properly. If she is so irrelevant, how come the White House issued a statement regarding what she said. I notice they don’t do that for any other Republican who speaks out against DeathCare

If Sarah stayed in office she would be too busy in court fighting bogus ethics charges to run. The MSM would be covering those charges 24/7. It would be all they asked her about.

ObaMao quit his job as Senator and begin campaigning full time when he was in office for less than six months. He just didn’t have the decency to tender his resignation so that somebody who would actually show up for work could do the job.
