That's a total joke.
Best jump rope act there ever was was part of Roberto Duran's warmups and amounted to a Cossack dance, thighs absolutely parallel to the ground with a jumprope. Guys used to watch that and the question you'd hear was, "Could Baryzhnikov DO that?" Duran could do that for several minutes and switch the rope while he was doing it.
