I agree with you! These folks who constantly pooh-pooh Ms. Taitz are jerks. I am so grateful that this woman is working so hard and putting every ounce of her soul into this. No one else is! She is all we have right now, and I’m behind her 1000%, imperfections and all.

If she is so “incompetent”, maybe the those who criticize her can cough up the bucks to get a better attorney working on the case.

BTW the owner of E-bay, an Iranian called Omidyar is a Hawaii school buddy of ObaHussein and himself a fervent Moslem. He blocked all efforts for the BC to find a buyer and repeatedly took the auction item down.

As a reward, GM (government motors) gave E-bay an Internet dealership to sell GM cars!

Also BTW, Omidyar has hidden/scrubbed his father's full name and origins and his actual job prior to emigrating to France, where Omidyar was born. The father is said to have been a doctor but I believe there are political under tones that are being hidden.

I believe that the 9th District stands above this court, then the USSC. I just served over a month of jury duty in the Fed Court House in Santa Ana. I will never forget it.

I agree wholeheartedly that Dr. Taitz is to be commended for her extraordinary efforts. Without question, she is "Fighting the Good Fight". The effort need not be attempts to impune her, but rather to support her however possible. In addition we need more people (particularly attorneys) with the intestinal fortitude (like her) willing to take on the challenges.

However, I am concerned that she has, yet again, been deceived. I think her eagerness sometimes clouds her judgment. This guy, Lucas, is clearly a fraud and immoral (the attempted kidney sale).

There has been a lot of discussion about date formats, footprints and other possible inconsistencies. I have no specific knowledge on those, one way or the other. There seems to be a lot of "gray area" on some of these matters.

My main concern regarding this document and it's legitimacy is the Anglicized spelling of Senior's name. He spelled it Barak, not Barack.

Example

It wasn't until Barry Soetoro began DBA "Barack Obama" that the new spelling was used.

I am no document forensics expert and am in no better position to argue many of these points than anyone else here ... just an observation.
