Pelosi signed two Official Certifications of Nomination for Obama and Biden at the DNC Convention last August. Read the language carefully and note the difference between them:

Every copy I have seen online of an Hawaii CoLB has shown the place of birth as Oahu, County Honolulu. Isn’t that a little odd? Surely one or two should be from another island or another county?
Makes me think that ALL Certifications of Live Birth, Accepted OR Filed, bear that same information. (Until someone shows something different, anyway).
So, the original birth certificate for a child born in Hawaii shows the details relevant to the birth, and can be amended,(CHANGE OF NAME, ADOPTION ETC.,) with amendements shown only on the original.
Or, a late Certification could be applied for, (up until 1972 IIRC) whereby an out-of-state birth could be registered, and FILED. Again, this information remains on the original document...
When a ‘copy’, a Certification of Live Birth is requested, it’s by no means a ‘copy’ of the original birth certificate, it’s simply a standard form on which, as we know, the parents, the parents Race and the name of the child are shown.
Are you with me? The Place of Birth OAHU and the County HONOLULU may simply relate to the location of the OFFICE where the document was issued.
Therefor every CoLB shows the same, Place of Birth OAHU, County, HONOLULU.
AND THAT MAKES EVERYONE WHO HAS A COLB A CITIZEN OF THE US???
The next question might be, just how many people does this apply to? Thousands?

What kills me is that its the first day of school for a great many. That means for us, kids will have been in class from 30 min to 1 hour... not good timing. This is for the east coast news stories to fill the day up with.

If that were true, the State Department would not accept Hawaii birth abstracts/CoLBs for passports, and AFAIK, they do.
There are some states' abstract version that they won't, or at least would not last I checked, take as proof of citizenship, for purposes of issuing a passport. One state was California, which had issues with the place shown, which was the place of issue of the document, rather than the place of birth. Another is Texas, but I'm not sure just what the issue is there, and I should know, since my younger daughter was born here in Texas, and she has or had a passport.
Do all the CoLBs show Honolulu as the city as well? It's not too surprising that all the COLBs you've seen on the net, which is probably not a large sample, are from Oahu, since that is the highest population island, by far. Although that was probably more true in 1961 than today. In 1980 the population of Honolulu County was 762,565, while the next largest, Hawaii, was 92,053. In 2006 the numbers were 909,863 for Honolulu and 171,191 for Hawaii. Maui is nearly as populous as Hawaii, although much smaller, 70,847 in 1980 and 70,473 in 2006.
In 1980 762,565 births in Hawaii were in Honolulu county, and 202,126 were in other counties in Hawaii. If the ratio was about the same, and you'd expect it to be a bitter higher. About 80% of COLBs would show Honolulu. But if you'd looked at 20 and didn't get at least one from elsehwere, that would be a bit surprising, and if you looked at 100 and didn't get at least 10 from elsewhere, that would be even more surprising.

AND Judge Carter has not put this out to “sometime in the future” but has said he will give the case immediate priority.
The “improperly served” was already tried in his courtroom and he promptly told the US Attorneys who were “representing” Obama they were NOW served by him and gave them 60 days to respond.
Obama has since attached his own private lawyers to the case. He had not been sworn in yet when the suit was filed so was a private citizen, so to speak.
It's not all about Orly, she is the doorkeeper or door opener, like any attorney, to the process and necessary judicial orders only available through Judge Carter in this instance, to drag all the secrets to light.
Note that Secretaries Gates and Hillary are also now part of this suit so as to get THEM and their Defense and State Depts.,to produce documents the plaintiffs require.
So far it has been lack of standing that has blocked this going forward but Judge Carter has stated he will not allow such procedural obstacles to prevent an open trial.
This is openers that so far NO other Judge nor court has allowed.
Carter has, so stand by.

Obama is tryng to suck up all the oxygen from this news cycle to avoid too much appaqering and being drowned out by his school speech.
Remember the MSM will do everything they can to help him drown the court hearing out.
And once again the insistence that it is all about Orly and HER activities is incorrect and she is the one who filed the suitwhich has NOTHING to do with anything against her in a possible countersuit somewhere.

where did those two DNC documents come from? has anyone compared them to past documents?
Thanks for the clarification on the court date. It appears pretty clear that the timing of Obama’s speech is to deflect the news cycle. This is perhaps a good sign that Obama’s lawyers have told him to be prepared to lose this round.
Praying for this judge to allow the truth about Obama(beyond a reasonable doubt) to be examined.
I wish I could be there! But Orly and all people standing beside and behind her are in my prayers.
One question I have about the two DNC documents: another thread (don’t have the link with me right now) argued that there is a strong possibility that BO is actually a NBC with an American father. He’s too embarrassed to disclose this man’s identity, since that would unravel this whole lucrative public mythology (”two cultures” “citizen of the world”) he’s spun for himself.
The energy that he and his minions are apparently putting into erasing mention of Constitutional qualifications met from filed election documents makes me wonder if that theory holds water. If anything, the attempt to alter these documents would seem to argue rather strongly for a foreign birth.
They would live well behind bars. It will be soon too dangerous for either of them to roam around free.
