I'm Coming After MSNBC for Calling Sarah Palin the Poster Girl for Racism
Motivation: Truth ^

This is a new low. MSNBC is a disgrace, and I never expect anything remotely fair or ethical to emerge from their dealings with conservatives, Sarah Palin in particular, but their recent smearing is way over the top--and I'm just...FED UP! Why can't the Left just deal with the real issues? That would be "too much like right," so what do they do? You know what they do because you've seen it so many times before.

TODAY’S OBAMAMEDIA TALKING POINT
OPPOSITION TO SOCIALISM OR EVEN ‘BIG GOVERNMENT’
IS RACIST
Note also that it was said that the conservative opposition to Sotomayor was evidence of Republican ‘tribalism’, which is so ironic because at issue was Sotomayor’s own quite pronounced tribal orientation, if you will, about which she has spoken many times quite frankly and with great pride.
Matthews keeps sinking to new lows.
And did everyone see the WaPost column today, linked on Drudge, which insists the Obama-Joker poster is ultimately about race, a concept that one must be very, very, very sophisticated and erudite to understand.

Funny how much southern native ancestry, both proved and legendary, comes through James Cittie, later known as Jamestown. Can't claim Pocahontas that I'm aware, but have three lines that were contemporaries. Yep, all with an apparently native wife or two along the way. The most frustrating progenitor has to be William Sizemore, what a genealogical tangle to unravel. But, that's what makes it fun and interesting, that and learning of family ties to historical events.

Chris Matthews actually had the nerve to ask her, "Is Sarah Palin a poster girl for racism, yes or no?" Consider the source.

Governor and future President Palin will have the last laugh and be dancing on Chrissie's grave, none too soon.

I think I caught a bit of this. Might be the same interview. I seem to recall him saying that she would be a hero in the midwest on the cul-de-sacs in the "heart of whitedom".

BTW, Yupik Eskimos are pretty much ancestral to all the other Eskimo tribes. At the same time they are simply another unit of the Yakutsk or Sakha people in Russian Siberia. That same crowd gave the world most of the background geneotype of the American Indians, the rulers of India from about 1000 BC to 200 AD (including Buddha) when they were booted out and returned to Sakha.
About 560 AD they moved South (escaping the climate catastrophe we call the Dark Ages) to conquer both Korea and Japan (although that took another 1000 years to make good on.
Todd is in good company.

His maternal grandma is a Yupik Eskimo and his mom is considered one-quarter
oddly they are one of the few tribes in this modern PC age that don’t mind being called Eskimos
my wife is around 1/16th Creek
but nobody thinks of us as interracial
you can see for yourself on my homepage shge looks about as Indian as Todd.
we have a famous Lumbee minority contractor-lawyer here who is very rich from being a blue eyed blonde Indian but he does have redskin and high cheek bones with typical craggy Indian features.
you may have heard of him...he’s from your neck of the woods and I hear does philanthropy there too
Jack Lowery
Indian blood is these days pretty political...but none of these folks are Wes Studis if you get my drift
