The President Steps into a Political Landmine
The Provocateur ^ | 07/25/2009 | Mike Volpe

It's now day three of the Gates/Crowley arrest moving from a marginal local story to the number one national story. That happened when, while acknowledging one party was a friend and not having all the facts, President Obama proclaimed that the Cambridge police "acted stupidly". The next day the president stuck to his guns and even acted surprised that his comments raised such an uproar. Yesterday, he attempted to tamp down the pressure by sort of apologizing and calling both parties for a sit down.

This incident shows that Obama is essentially an adolescent. Calling someone stupid who is just trying to do a difficult and dangerous job is typical adolescent behavior. So is shooting your mouth off without trying to understand the situation or consider the ramifications of your words. To just call other peoples names with no thought to any of your own responsibilities is what you would expect from an adolescent.
Obama also refused to criticize Gate’s tirade against the officer. Like many adolescents Obama thinks yelling at a police officer and insulting the officers mother is cool. He refuses to acknowledge the stress a responsibile adult goes through when he is screamed at, threatened and insulted and yet has to act professional and responsible the whole time.
Obama has never had any adult responsibilities. His career consists mostly of reading things from a teleprompter and then disregarding what he has said soon afterwords. Whenever someone points out that what he says is incorrect, the MSM runs in and acts like his mommy. “He can’t be held responsible. You can’t criticize him. It is someone else’s fault.” He is like an adolescent who should be praised when he does something good but can’t be held responsible for his words or his actions.
Obama’s refusal to apologize and to admit he was wrong is another example of immature, adolescent behavior. He refused to say he was sorry but tried to avoid any responsibilities for his words.
Like an adolescent Obama tries to use big words to impress people. Calling someone stupid is not a “miscalibration”. Obama doesn’t seem to know what the word means. But he thinks by using big words, no matter how incorrectly, the MSM will fawn all over him like a high school teacher encouraging an honor student.
Finally, like an adolescent Obama spends money without considering the consequences. Responsible adults have to live within a budget and save for the future. Adolescents spend and party like there is no tomorrow.
Obama has his handlers and the MSM to protect him. He never as to accept the consequences of his actions.

The only way this will work, over a beer, is to have the ‘prompter properly loaded by Rahm or David so Barry does not step on his dobber again. If they are depending on Barry’s dazzling off-’prompter prose, or radiant personality to resolved this, the White Crib Crew should be nervous.

You didn’t get the word — ZERO’s press secretary said basically it was okay since the FOP didn’t endorse Obama and there would be no further word when ZERO comes running in to dig the hole deeper. The black racist cannot keep his mouth shut and has to be the center of attention.

This whole “ordeal” is a setup to give the press something to keep obamacare off of the front page.

I think you’ve captured and laid out a serious piece of insight. Thank you!

“...even acted surprised that his comments raised such an uproar.”

Of course he is surprised.

He grew up in a culture of wholly inappropriate and overstated white guilt, and personally, he has had his thoroughly unaccomplished ass kissed, wherever he goes for the past 5-6 years.

Obama didn’t step on a landmine. He laid it out in the open and jumped on that booger with both feet as hard as he could.

“...sort of apologizing...”

We will take what we can get. Anything that comes out, won’t be sincere anyway.

Broken and kicked to the side of the road by late January 2013, to wander the world aimlessly for the remainder of his life. That is the kind of apology I would accept.

Immediate resignation is a good alternative too.

But I thought Obama was President of ALL the people, not just the ones who voted for him?

Oh wait, we’re in Africa now, where the supporters of the losers must pay the piper.

...Obama has all the guns he needs. After all, he keeps reminding us, “I’m the president. I have doctors,,, the best,,,, because,,, I’m the president. I have the best of everything, after all, I’m the president. I have a cooler full of beer,,, found it in the garage of my house. Not my house in,,,, Chicago. The White House. It’s,,, my house now,, because,,, I’m the president. Uhhh, It’s,,, Billy beer. Uhhh,,, someone left it.”...

...It’s more stagecraft to distract us from the important issues. Obama knows how to step in dog sh!t, and scrape it off. End off phookin story...

Exactly! He never had any intention of being President to all the people since the vast majority of the population are white. :)

I thought I read somewhere recently that a Secret Service agent has requested removal from Uhbama watch because he could no longer stand what he was hearing (implied was racism towards white’s, I think, or maybe that is just the assumption I drew.)
