I will concede that his mother was American (but not old enough to confer citizenship, natural born or other on him in the event of a foreign birth)
He was raised by his grandmother and grandfather (up until his death). SA Dunham dropped him off in HI around age 10 and left him there with only occasional visits from time to time. He never lived with her again.
His father was for all intents and purposes absent. He only met the man a handful of times.
The last one is the biggie. He attended a muslim school in Indonesia. His adopted father had to register him as his child (which he was at the time)in order to meet citizenship requirements. He was registered as a muslim. That does not sound like typical overseas education that an American of means might experience in my book.

I’d simply reply that I was happy with the thoroughness by which they invalidated McCain, and that I was happy to see Obama validated by the same precedent.
They couldn’t very well demand that McCain submit to testing, and by the same time, Obama evade the same test. I have no problem sacrificing a McCain presidency in order to establish such a precedent for the confirmation of the office of president.

His stepfather Lolo Soetero undoubtedly adopted him and made him an Indonesian citizen so that he might attend school there. There is no evidence that upon being repatriated, that he swore an oath of allegiance before the appropriate State Dept Official to reaffirm his citizenship. Even if he had, he would be naturalized and would forever have lost any natural born status, which he could never have had anyway since his putative father was a Kenyan and British citizen in Hawaii on a sutudent visa. If he didn’t take the oath than he is an illegal alien. All SCOTUS peripheral rulings on citizenship imply 2 US citizen parents born on US soil to qualify as a US natural born citizen, to include John Bingham, an author of the 14th amendment. But there is no mystery as to why HUSSEIN continues to stonewall, the only mystery being why there are so many citizens corrupt enough to obsfucate for this depraved criminal.

I do give her lots of credit. She has been tenacious. But she also is sloppy and makes many mistakes and misstatements.
I give myself very little credit other than convincing those around me that the COLB is a fraud, that Obama is a liar, and that he is fighting tooth and nail to keep his real BC hidden. Those are the only things for certain.
But Polarik, the Pumas, Dobbs, Pastor Manning, Pam Geller, WND, Dioforno, Berg, Savage, many at FR, Schlussel, Larry Sinclair, Canada Free Press, the citizens ‘grand juries’, Alan Keyes, Liddy, Andrea Shea King, the folks who filed dozens of other lawsuits, etc, etc. all deserve much credit as well.
In fact that gal at the Mike Castle press conference probably brought more media attention to it than anyone to date -—thanks to Drudge and Rush and Politico.

Yes I agree about Obama but what I was asking is what people think about Rush mentioning it a lot more especially what he said today.
I think Rush would not make these strong comments today unless he knew something or knew someone had proof that had been VERIFIED.
No it does not. If he was born in Kenya he is not. If he was born in Hawaii and his father is Obama Sr....He is not natural born. Also his mother was too young as well.

Nice find! Sometimes people slip up on a real minor thing because when they are saying it or writing it - the comment appears to be totally innocent.
Vaccination forms with a BC? Do American babies not get vaccinated because we do not have various diseases that might run rampant in Africa? Where only a person with some money at a hospital in Africa could afford the shots?
