Annie....these gatherings have an impact on each person attending...we meet people, network, get names and #s, plan and get new ideas, new leaders, talents, and assets can emerge and consolidate.

Being with each other has a way of bucking up, taking away any feeling of being alone in ones beliefs. As you know despair leads to immobilization, staying angry and passionate leads to more action.

Concrete things come with these meeting, some you cannot see yet.
