One can't watch this all the way through, and then say that none of it makes sense.
Christian bump for later - Thanks.
Watching it now...
Good video, I’ve seen parts of this before somewhere. I’ll watch it all the way through when I have time. thanks for the link! The only thing for me is that when you need evidence for the existence of God, the word Faith becomes irrelevant.
And when you do need evidence, no amount of evidence ever seems to be sufficient.
I agree. However it is nice to see something that one can point to, and smile.
I didn’t know that about granite...
I watched the first 10 minutes of it and I’ll watch the rest later when I have time.
But go ahead, spoil it for me.
Does it ever get beyond these two points:
1. A watch can’t happen spontaneously, therefore neither can the universe.
2. How can you look at the universe and not believe in god? (same question repeated over and over by a bunch of differnent people)
Ro:1
19. Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

[no amount of evidence ever seems to be sufficient.]
Evidence is of no use to the religion of atheism. It is simply a religion of men that causes blood since man is a fallen creature.
Ye of little faith. You cast no shadow, You are transparent and of little consequence. You are presented with truth and you do not take the time to prove your metal and in the process you prove nothing of your life and impress none others than yourself in the process.
I pity the whore more than the one who calls himself wise and ignores all evidence presented to him.
Because you don’t know about granite does not mean you should ignore everything else. Do your homework and leave no stone unturned.
In time you will learn to accept a few facts for research at a later date rather than deny facts presented and unproven today.
That is the whole point.
Man keeps digging up evidence that used to be reasons for skeptics to deny the existence of God.
The evidence of the Halos in Granite is a proven fact. If you don’t accept that fact then you are denying facts that “Science” has already proven.
You misunderstand me. The revelation to me of an element in granite having such a short half life is just more proof of creation within a very narrow window, as is our inability to duplicate that rock. My reading on oil being inorganic is another.
By advancing theories that avoid Edwin Hubble's quoted "horror" at anything remotely resembling exceptionalism?
I don’t have Hubble’s horror of exceptionalism. I think there are many exceptional events in our history.
But I don’t think basing a one hour video on asking and re-asking the same (already over-asked) question “how can you look at the universe and not see god” is either interesting or enlightening.
I think you come away from such “discussions” with a net loss of information.

Polonium is a daughter product of Radon decay and Radon is a daughter product of Uranium. Uranium isotopes have very long half lives. Uranium-238 has a half life of 4.5 billion years and Uranium-235 has a half life of 704 million years. It is true that Polonium isotopes have very short half lives but they are constantly being generated by the decay of Radon.
The Polonium halo theory is designed to dazzle the scientifically uneducated (which is most of humanity).
