Never mind that he clearly joked about the statutory rape of Gov. Palin's 14 year old daughter (she attended the baseball game with the governor), several outlets in the Obama Lapdog Media are making the perpetrator, David Letterman, out to be the victim.
The New York Daily News: "Sarah Palin attacks David Letterman over 'sexually-perverted' joke."
Sarah Palin lambasted late-night comedian David Letterman Wednesday for "sexually perverted comments" about one of her teenage daughters - and rebuffed his moves to make nice.
Like hell he tried to make nice.
The Silcon Valley Mercury News "Sarah Palin continues attacks on poor David Letterman"
Wilderness governor and leading light of the GOP Sarah Palin is keeping her name in the news by adding fuel to her feud with David Letterman, who cracked a crass joke about teen pregnancy and one of Palin's daughters the other night. She's mad that the curmudgeonly comedian is using her daughter in his act. Much like, one could argue, Palin is using her daughter to stir up publicity. But nevermind that right now.
Using her daughter? Excuse me, Jeff Thomas, is taking your daughter to a baseball game "using her to stir up publicity?" Only in the mind of a liberal Bay Area "journalist." I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot and it was the teenage daughter of a liberal being used for crass comedy, Thomas and all other media hypocrites would lecture how children of public figures should be "off limits."
Except if you're a conservative and pose a threat to the President whom most journalists are invested in his success. Then, your family is fair game. Gateway Pundit has another example of the State Run media attacks on Sarah Palin for doing what any responsible parent would do, defending their daughter.
If the state-owned media believes that Letterman is under attack from Gov. Palin then I hope even more Letterman gets booted off the air... it will be a victory for Gov. Palin. ;)
Anyone who saw the whole interview would say that Palin handled the whole thing smoothly and masterfully. But they want to declare her "awkward".
Rats like Lecherman will be the first to enter the work camp.
Note how the New York Daily News feautures that filthy skank from the disgusting Hustler porn mocking Sarah under a pic of Sarah on it's "Palin Sidebar" ? The depravity and hate of the left knows no bounds.
That’s just twisted.
That “awkward” thing was also a mocking reference to Letterpedo’s “joke”, which he introduced with “an awkward moment for Palin”.
Just imagine the hissy fit the media jerks would have if, say, Rush Limbaugh referred to Obama’s daughters as “those darling little pickanninies living in the White House”...
I hope something will click in the brains of the women of the valley against “poor” dave.
I guess the Obama’s are using their daughters for publicity by taking them on vacation in London.
A technique straight out of the Saul Alinsky “Rules for Radicals” and the Obama playbook.
They are one and the same.
Letterman himself is now a bad joke.
The Obama Lapdog Media--great description!
I didn’t see the perv last night. Did he bring it up or apologize? If not, he’s toast... This thing will fester...
He’s a stubborn, angry old man...REminds me of Dan Rather...
Letterman attacked WILLOW, then Bristol, but not Sarah.
What about the impact on WILLOW? How does she feel about this?
Focusing on Sarah gets Letterman support and dilutes the horridness of his despicable attack. (It's not a joke.)
Just sayin'

From NewsBusters.org, June 9, 2009...
Seven months after Election Day, and the attacks on Sarah Palin keep coming.
On Monday, CBS's David Letterman on the "Late Show" shamelessly went after the Alaska governor and her family during his opening monologue, as well as in his "Top Ten" list.
Top Ten Highlights Of Sarah Palin's Trip To New York
10. Visited New York landmarks she normally only sees from Alaska
9. Laughed at all the crazy-looking foreigners entering the U.N.
8. Made moose jerky on Rachael Ray
7. Keyed Tina Fey's car
6. After a wink and a nod, ended up with a kilo of crack
5. Made coat out of New York City rat pelts
4. Sat in for Kelly Ripa. Regis couldn't tell the difference.
3. Finally met one of those Jewish people Mel Gibson's always talking about
2. Bought makeup from Bloomingdale's to update her "slutty flight attendant" look
1. Especially enjoyed not appearing on Letterman
"One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game, during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked-up by Alex Rodriguez."
We right wingers have HAD it. Any irresponsible media voices on the left will not be allowed to get away with anything any longer. And with the current economic climate, larger media conglomerates will be all to willing to exercise violation of contract clauses to get out of multi-million dollar obligations.
If Mike Shanahan and Jon Gruden can be fired for performance, I don’t see why Letterman should be exempt.

Notice how the media used the phrase "Palin Attacks".
Unusual headline to say the least. They (and Lauer) were probably expecting the usual stereotypical "turn to other cheek" namby pamby Christian response.
Palin is taking notes from Coulter. Liberals are bullies. They only respect the fist.
Good for her.
I wish I could remember the name of the female commentator who opined that "If Obama was lactating, the media would be nursing at his breast." Wipe your chin, Mercury News.
Check out the responses to the article. I have never seen such vitriolic hate. The libs are REALLY scared of Sarah.
The word "awkward" was used by a-hole Letterman...
"One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game, during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked-up by Alex Rodriguez."
