December 1944 --the Ardenne Forest in Belgium.
Adolf Hitler, in his most clandestine operation of the entire Second World War, had dispatched a small group of German commandos, led by Major Otto Skorzeny, on a secret mission deep behind Allied territory. All were wearing American uniforms.
Their move was being co-ordinated with the beginning of the German attack that was to be later called the "the Battle of the Bulge."
In the preceding 2 months, Major Skorzeny had scoured the German armed forces for those who spoke English.
Skorzeny had collected 1000 men, but less than 50 of them could speak American English perfectly with a working knowledge of slang. Most of them had either spent time in the United States, or were sailors from the Kriegsmarine (German Navy) who had worked as international seaman before the war.
Since Skorzeny had far fewer men than planned, it was decided to switch the force from a search & destroy mission to deception. So instead of being issued American weapons and fighting vehicles, the commandos were dressed in American MP (Military Police) uniforms.
They would succeed beyond Hitler's wildest imagination:
On December 15, three dozen Germans-- driving captured jeeps--infiltrated across American lines and wreaked havoc! The idea of German commandos disguised as MPs effectively paralyzed the ENTIRE American forces along the battlefront.
The phony MP's spread rumors, changed signposts, and created widespread panic.
Now, not only would U.S. troops have to deal with Germans attacking them from the front, but also had to worry that any man next to them might be an enemy in disguise.
Once this became known, word traveled fast among the Americans- trust NO ONE.
GI's began questioning everyone's home origin, right up to Gen. Omar Bradley, who's jeep was held up for a time by a squad of soldiers for answering..."the Chicago Cubs play in the American League".
But despite their daring and intrigue, the overall effect of the disguised Germans was minimal, and eventually, all the infiltrators were captured and executed by firing squad on 23 December, 1944.
Now 65 years later, America is faced with a group of political infiltrators, who wear street clothes and are mostly indistinguishable from your average American. They are disguised as census takers-- and they'll becoming to a neighborhood near you.
It's just the latest mission of ACORN, the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now.
These ACORN census "commandos" represent an elite. They were not recruited out of halfway houses, prisons, and homeless shelters like their predecessors, but rather are ex college students who have been unable to qualify for private sector employment.
Over the last 20 years, ACORN has managed to effectively paralyze the political opposition through false voter registrations, and have now swung the political wars far in favor of the left.
And like the German commandos at "the Bulge"-- ACORN has succeeded far beyond Commander Barack Obama's wildest expectations.
Back in the late 80's, Ms. Madeleine Talbot-- who at the time was a leader at Chicago ACORN-- hired Obama as their head lawyer. Since then, Obama has used ACORN to get himself elected as an Illinois state senator, and then to the US senate, and finally-- to the Whitehouse as President.
ACORN supposedly is a national volunteer organization that has occasionally received federal funding.
But in reality, ACORN is like a cult-- the most brilliant criminal entity in US history-- actually getting taxpayer funding to commit voter fraud. And Obama is at the evil heart of this gang of sociopaths.
ACORN's ultimate goal is the enactment of a national, election-day voter registration, which would mark the death knell for fair elections in America . It would enable ACORN to accomplish 3 months of dirty work in in just one day-- a literal bonanza of phony voter registrations to subvert all future elections.
But how has ACORN managed to stay out of legal trouble? If they are out to subvert the American political process, why haven't they been stopped?
Of course the real answer, as always, lies in following the money:
This year-- with the backing of liberal majorities in the House and Senate-- Barney Frank made sure ACORN became "eligible" for funds from the $800 billion Stimulus Bill. Honest Barney managed to sneak a provision for a $4 billion 'slush fund' that the corrupt activist organization can use for...well, whatever.
And now, ACORN has been recruited by Mr. Obama for a far more sophisticated mission than just "simple" voter fraud-- domestic spying on individual Americans-- creating a national data base that could be used for anything from voter intimidation to IRS audits.
And what could be a better way for accomplishing this than by presenting these agents as "harmless" census takers .
Obama-- if anything --is nothing short of brilliant.
So true to form, 3000 dutiful census workers are now distributed out in the field in Virginia and four other states, busy at building "address lists" that will comprise the mailings for the 2010 Census forms.
To defer suspicion, Obama has unformed them quite properly: They wear official identification badges and blazers, and carry a SPECIAL large Blackberry.
Nevertheless, local residents have been calling local law enforcement agencies, having been un-nerved by their probing questions that would brand them more like spies, than someone taking the census.
Residents are being asked "how many toilets you have in your home". They are being questioned about political party affiliations; work information; economic information, and even about firearms ownership-- or the real eye-opener..."'do you keep your savings in your home, or in a bank?"
So is this a census survey, or just a down-home, everyday Soviet-style KGB inquisiiton? Could this be an attempt to isolate conservatives and tag them as 'dissenters', or eventual political prisoners?
What better way to trap the unsuspecting to reveal not just the names of people residing there, but additional personal information that may someday be used against them.
Citizens have reported seeing strangers standing near the street, doing something with a "camera thing" in their hand, followed by a persistent knocking at their doors.
But in realty, these census commandos are busy mapping out all of the locations of all of the possible dwellings on everyone's property, such as garages, barns, and sheds, and then noting exact locations of front doors with the internal GPS function of their Blackberrys.
Obviously Obama has given them rather precise instructions: If it looks like it can be lived in, they are to map it! That includes ANY structure with signs of life.
So if they see a hobo sleeping under an underpass, they will map that location, and tally it up so Obama can have every last bit of ammunition to redraw the voting district lines, and disenfranchise all people he thinks are not democrats.
Clever? It's an tactic Obama has used before-- political gerrymandering.
Obama, as a State Senator, used the 2000 census to as a means of redistricting, to disenfranchise all the non-Black voters he could in Illinois, and it helped to get him re-elected for his 2nd term.
So for 2010, Obama is is taking the unprecedented step of requiring the Census Director to report directly to Rahm Emanuel in White House, conveniently circumventing the job that has always been the responsibility of the Secretary of Commerce.
So armed with all this new data, if the White House thinks there's not enough of certain groups shown in an area, they'll just add more 'ghost individuals," which will add more Congressional representative positions, creating an ever- larger democratic supermajority in the House.
And since Obama needed field reps who were experts at creating these ghost individuals--ergo--he selected ACORN.
Not only will the census (and the invisible people that ACORN will add into it) be used to gerrymander voting district lines, Obama can use it to earmark more federal funds for areas that show more people, and create more Democrat strongholds to further stack the deck against the republicans.
And If an area has a huge number of illegal aliens, they can be granted a new representative position in Congress (reps are granted on basis of population numbers, not number of citizens).
And if anyone dare challenge the Commander in Chief, he can contend that no one should be "undercounted" (the dis-enfranchisement argument).
So all urban population totals will now be adjusted UPWARD in all the cities, guaranteeing these newly-created districts will always be represented in Washington by democrats.
And just for future reference, Obama could unleash his secret weapon--the IRS audit--to threaten anyone who foolishly has revealed any personal financial information.
It was early in his political career that Barack Obama learned that politics is a batttlefield, and one must be willing to stop at nothing to win.
So just as Hitler used his trusted Major Skorzenzy to lead his precision-trained commandos, so has Obama employed the Machiavellian Rahm Emanuel to train his legion of ACORN cultists, and send them out on his own secret mission.
And if you happen to glance out the window, and see a stranger staring at your house, holding something that looks like a camera, could they be a criminal, or just a representative of the U.S. Census Bureau?
But just as the G.I's were quick to learn at the Battle of the Bulge...trust no one.

As a current census worker, I only have to ask two questions 90% of the time. I usually have their address already on my computer and ask to verify that it is correct and then ask if it is a single family residence. Usually takes about 15 seconds and I quickly leave.

No you do not have to give access to your property. They are not officers of the law, have no police powers, no search or warrant powers.
You don’t have to answer all the questions. Just how many people live there. You can also answer the other questions “My answer is I am not required under the Constitution to give you that information.” That way you have provided an answer, albeit one they don’t want to hear. Too forkin’ bad.
You can, after aswering how many people live there, say you will not answer any other questions, and to leave the premises immediately, and that you will be calling the police to report a trespasser who refuses to leave if they do not leave immediately.
They have no way to retaliate legally.
13-411. Justification; use of force in crime prevention; applicability
A. A person is justified in threatening or using both physical force and deadly physical force against another if and to the extent the person reasonably believes that physical force or deadly physical force is immediately necessary to prevent the other's commission of arson of an occupied structure under section 13-1704, burglary in the second or first degree under section 13-1507 or 13-1508, kidnapping under section 13-1304, manslaughter under section 13-1103, second or first degree murder under section 13-1104 or 13-1105, sexual conduct with a minor under section 13-1405, sexual assault under section 13-1406, child molestation under section 13-1410, armed robbery under section 13-1904 or aggravated assault under section 13-1204, subsection A, paragraphs 1 and 2.
B. There is no duty to retreat before threatening or using physical force or deadly physical force justified by subsection A of this section.
C. A person is presumed to be acting reasonably for the purposes of this section if the person is acting to prevent the commission of any of the offenses listed in subsection A of this section.
D. This section is not limited to the use or threatened use of physical or deadly physical force in a person's home, residence, place of business, land the person owns or leases, conveyance of any kind, or any other place in this state where a person has a right to be.
Arizona law also allows a homeowner/renter to defend their property against Criminal Trespass:
13-407. Justification; use of physical force in defense of premises
A. A person or his agent in lawful possession or control of premises is justified in threatening to use deadly physical force or in threatening or using physical force against another when and to the extent that a reasonable person would believe it immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the commission or attempted commission of a criminal trespass by the other person in or upon the premises.
B. A person may use deadly physical force under subsection A only in the defense of himself or third persons as described in sections 13-405 and 13-406.
C. In this section, "premises" means any real property and any structure, movable or immovable, permanent or temporary, adapted for both human residence and lodging whether occupied or not.
In Arizona law, Criminal Trespass is defined as:
13-1504. Criminal trespass in the first degree; classification
A. A person commits criminal trespass in the first degree by knowingly:
1. Entering or remaining unlawfully in or on a residential structure.
2. Entering or remaining unlawfully in a fenced residential yard.
3. Entering any residential yard and, without lawful authority, looking into the residential structure thereon in reckless disregard of infringing on the inhabitant's right of privacy.
4. Entering unlawfully on real property that is subject to a valid mineral claim or lease with the intent to hold, work, take or explore for minerals on the claim or lease.
5. Entering or remaining unlawfully on the property of another and burning, defacing, mutilating or otherwise desecrating a religious symbol or other religious property of another without the express permission of the owner of the property.
6. Entering or remaining unlawfully in or on a critical public service facility.
B. Criminal trespass in the first degree under subsection A, paragraph 1, 5 or 6 is a class 6 felony. Criminal trespass in the first degree under subsection A, paragraph 2, 3 or 4 is a class 1 misdemeanor.
Further, Arizona law REQUIRES any federal agent to be certified by the County Sheriff, before he/she can exercise police power in the county:
13-3875. Cross-certification of federal peace officers; policy; powers; qualifications; liability; records
A. The sheriff of each county shall develop and adopt a policy on cross-certification of federal peace officers, including whether cross-certification shall be permitted in that county.
B. A federal peace officer who is employed by an agency of the United States and who has completed the basic training curriculum for the officer's agency shall possess and exercise all law enforcement powers of peace officers in this state for one year, including, if directed by the officer's employer, the capability to enforce the criminal laws of this state if the federal peace officer:
1. Submits to the sheriff a written request for certification as a peace officer in this state.
2. Submits evidence that the officer has been certified as a federal peace officer, is authorized by federal law to engage in or supervise the prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of a violation of federal law and is authorized by federal law to make arrests, serve warrants and carry firearms.
C. Each federal peace officer who requests cross-certification may submit to the sheriff a written request for certification as a peace officer in this state pursuant to subsection B. The cross-certification remains in effect for one year from the date on which the certification was authorized by the sheriff.
D. Neither the state nor any political subdivision is liable for any acts or failure to act by a federal peace officer.
E. The Arizona peace officer standards and training board shall maintain records of all federal peace officers who are certified as peace officers in this state.

Today, the controlling law for the U.S. Census is Title 13 of the U.S. Code. There is a lot of census data collected in the United States today, such as economic figures, sales and production figures, and agricultural statistics. Still, the head count is the only part of the census that is called for by the Constitution. The code for the enumeration can be found in 13 USC 141. In this code, the census is directed to be taken in 1980 and every ten years thereafter, and that the count is to be taken on April 1. The returns must be completed within nine months for use in apportionment of representatives. The code also specifies a mid-decade census be taken in 1985 and every ten years thereafter. This count need not be a head count (sampling may be used) though the data cannot be used for apportionment.
The code, at §141(g), notes that "As used in this section, 'census of population' means a census of population, housing, and matters relating to population and housing."
There are fines for non-response and for false response as well, though the amount has risen from the 1790's $20. Today failure to respond can result in a $100 fine; providing false answers is a more severe offense, and carries a $500 fine. Recent news reports, however, indicate that punishment for failure to respond is not usually enforced. The controlling section of the Code is 13 USC 221.
Today, all persons are counted as whole persons - the original census counted "other persons" (slaves) as three-fifths persons for the purposes of apportionment. This fractionalization was removed by the 14th Amendment. The Attorney General ruled, in 1940, that there were no longer any Indians in the United States who could be classified as "not taxed." In the Constitution, non-taxed Indians are not counted.
In 2000, a group of citizens are suing the Census over the questions on the long form - a form sent to one out of every six households. Though the 2000 log form is 18 questions shorter than the long form in 1990, and the shortest since the 1940 census, distrust of the Census Bureau's ability to keep the data private have many people up in arms about the questions. The suit challenges the ability of the census to ask all of the questions asked. The biggest problem for the suit is the Constitution itself: "[The Census] shall be made ... in such Manner as [Congress] shall by Law direct."
The questions on the long form are there because of legislation duly enacted into law by the Congress and signed by the President. Though the ire of citizens is being directed at the Bureau, the Bureau itself says that the Congress is to blame. The Census Bureau is looking to find ways to collect the data on the long form in other manners, such as polling and sampling. Though there is a possible $100 fine for failing to file with the Census, the Bureau also notes that no one has been penalized for failing to file in the past. The fine is more of a psychological reminder of the importance of the census than a source of income for the government.
Advice to leave the form blank or to fail to fill it in may actually bring more of the government into your life than you want - unfiled and incomplete forms will be followed-up upon by actual census workers, either in person or by telephone.

I participated in Operation Chaos by voting for Hillary. I experienced the caucus fraud perpetrated by ACORN. I personally witnessed the caucus leaders, who were Obama supporters, fill in information that voters left blank on the caucus sign-up sheets. (Yes, I reported it and filed a legal affidavit on what I witnessed.)
I have no doubt that any questions you leave unanswered will be answered for you to THEIR benefit. They’ll use the census information to make their vision of America a statistical reality. If it helps them to lower the median household income to create the reality of more Americans living in poverty, they’ll do it.
So consider the consequences of leaving answers blank. Yes, giving them too much information that can be used against you later is dangerous. But not answering can be just as dangerous, because they’ll create their own reality.
