The Desert Eagle ought to come with an optional set of clean drawers to be handed out to foiled burglars.

In the dark they all look alike ... just have a laser beam bouncing round their midsection .....
What happened to the guy upstairs? He mentioned two guys in his house but only one name mentioned.
Two burglars who had split up. Very risky taking one prisoner. I’ve thought about this scenario and there is no safe way to leave burglar #1 alive.
Wisely jumped out the 2nd story window.
I have no mercy, if you are in my house uninvited you are dead, there is no other option.
Lived in Houston about 20yrs ago. Just moved in, and was getting acquainted with the ‘Texan’ way of handling this sort of thing. Shoot’em dead. Just one story that way.
I was pondering the Christian stance, and thought that maybe mercy should be shown. Then I read 3 articles within 2 weeks that changed my mind. 3 Homeowners had caught a burglar and held them at gunpoint until the police arrived. The burglars took this ‘personal’ and knowing where the man lived, they waited for him to come home and shot them dead in their driveway. 3 men were murdered, because they were merciful to a burglar. I took this lesson to heart.
There will be no surrender, break into my home; you forfeit your life. I’m not willing to bet my life, or the lives of my family members that the burglar won’t take revenge at some point in time.
I wouldn’t be calling out the thug in the press. His homeboy honor may require him to seek revenge.
The burglar’s name was ExZabra Smith
Im guessing this isn’t Ex Zabra’s first brush with the law.

Doesn't this handgun come from Israel? It's a pretty big slug no matter. Wonder how reliable it is given the ballistics- fouling, mis-feeds, etc. Can you get it in a 'wheel'?
Exactly. In Texas all warning shots are fired directly into the burglar or assailant’s forehead.
When your done, plant two in the ceiling just to make it look good.
Here in CA it’s a good idea to shoot him in the head, then fire a warning shot.
“Well officer, I fired a warning shot, but he kept coming towards me. I was afraid for my life. There was nothing else I could do.”
Too bad the article did the typical thing and made sure not to mention the race of the accused criminals. Guess we'll never know...
That was no burglar, that was “an aspiring rap artist”.
The DE’s are gas-operated semi-autos and as such, they tend to foul if given the sort of rounds that use dirty-burning powders often seen in wheelguns.
I’ve spent an afternoon with a DE .44 Mag and it had to be cleaned about every 50 to 60 rounds of Remington brand .44 Mag ammo.
Hah! That was pretty good. How did Dennis Farina end up in that?
He took him alive? What a watsed opportunity.
