EXCERPT:
The bad news is that newspapers are dying and comic strips are fading into history. The good news is that the Huffington Post is guaranteed to make you laugh every day.
For example, heres how New Age guru Deepak Chopra opened his article about Rush Limbaugh yesterday.
When Michael Steele, the hapless chairman of the Republican Party, lost his bearings and called Rush Limbaughs style ugly and incendiary, everyone knew it was the truth, the subcontinental sahib said. But it was a perfect example of an inconvenient truth. The right wing has long used ugly, incendiary speech the way baseball players use steroids: to artificially pump themselves up. Limbaugh has taken to saying that he wants Obamas policies to fail because they spell the end of an America based on personal freedom. This isnt just a grotesque exaggeration; it disguises the very thing the right wing has been doing when it curtailed civil liberties in the name of national security.....

Note to Deepak:
More people have heard of Rush than have heard of you.
Every time I hear/see Deepak Chopra all I can think of is PBS pledge drives.
Deepak?, Deerpark? - someone who believe nothing exists but him????
Nice specs you closet chtuney ferret.
He looks a little light in the loafers...
Why in the world would Chopra feel compelled to weigh in on this? The left must be terrified of Rush.
Deepak Chopra?
Wasn’t he one of those alien lookin’ dudes in the Star Wars bar scene?
ROTFL!!! LMAO!!!
Deepak = Oompa-Loompa
Can we call him “Deep” for short?
Deepak Chopra is just another Jim Jones type. A snake oil medicine show for modern times.
This from a man who touts and uses his moral and spiritual stance to make a crapload of money from it...i.e....fancypants spas, centers, books and speeches. One could fly to India, stay in a great place for a month and get the treatments from age-old practitioners cheaper than what he charges for 2 days worth!
I see Depoop is still not following his own advice as someone who preaches speaking the world you want into existence. Based on his belief system, he is creating the “ugly and incendiary” Rush he is speaking of.
How can anyone “New Age” get so involved in politics?
If you truly embrace the Universe and the Laws of Attraction then you won’t even bother to participate in negative rhetoric. . . or the political slander Deepak (in all his cosmic glory) leveled at Sarah Palin last fall.
