This is a follow up and clarification by David Wilkerson on his March 7th message on his blog titled "Urgent Message." According to the blog he was . . "compelled by the Holy Spirit to send out an urgent message to all on our mailing list, and to friends and to bishops we have met all over the world."

Since it was sent to his mailing list, friends and bishops, who I'm sure are probably 99% Christian, it would appear the message doesn't apply to non-Christians. That said, I hope this post doesn't degenerate into a "Is there really a God?" discussion.

History:

The article was originally picked up by WorldNetDaily, then posted and discussed on FreeRepublic under the title of "Famed pastor predicts imminent catastrophe" - http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2201777/posts

No matter the circumstances, keeping a month of durable foodstuffs in supply is a good idea. So is a pistol.

Thank you for posting. Definitely an important message for Christians in America, from a highly credible source.

So what is Wilkerson’s history of predictions and the fulfillment of those predictions?

Was it Billy Graham who once said,”If God doesn’t judge America, then he owes an apology to Sodom and Gomorrah.”

Do you want to get in on this Wilkerson action?

I have been thinking lately about how God feels about our approaching “blind leap of Faith” (bad choice of words) into a global government. This is where the arrogant Obozo wants to take us. Those of us who take the Bible serious, know that eventually it will happen. It is written there.

The question in my mind is, Is it now time? Or will God frustrate this like he did at the Tower of Babel.

Have also though about the “rapture of the Church” in modern terms. Will it happen when we are nuked and is that the the method we meet him in the sky?

These are troubling times, but Wilkerson is correct we must always remember God is ultimately in charge, not man.

Pray for our nation and the believers.

And if his prophecy is proved to be false, will the OT admonition to stone a false prophet be carried out?

For the skeptics:

This man is saying nothing different than a lot of us have been “predicting” here; that is: we may be heading for a violent breakdown of society in the near future. Many here have said to be wary of this Summer. That he had a revelation saying much the same is confirmation of our fears.

BTW, he’s talking about worldwide RIOTS; NOT BOMBS!

Freakin’ Duh. Where were these “prophets” before 9/11? That would have been a useful warning. Meanwhile, I’ve been preparing for EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY ever since. Seems kind of inevitable in the Brave New World...

At the risk of being called a nut I will point out that this summer NASA is planning to fire two missiles into the Moon. It is called the LCROSS mission. Personally I do not view NASA as having a great track record of success nor do I feel comfortable with this plan. Back during one of the Apollo missions they had hit the moon in a similar fashion and it was reported that the Moon wobbled and rang like a gong for over three hours. Now they want to double down and hit twice in one of the poles of the Moon.

If this Pastor is having a real premonition then could it be that this is what he is sensing?
