I just don't think I can stomach the news/cable channels much anymore and the oozing swooners. If anyone's got any particularly good hulu movie/TV show recommendations, let me know ... ;)

Other than that, I'm going to try to add some other pursuits to my routine: trying new recipes, sewing up some creative projects, cleaning out closets, exercising and getting out more, and cracking open a few books that have been staring at me.

God bless and save America.

HULU is the only place I watch TV....since I don't have "TV", haven't had "TV" for 8-9 years. Granted, the choices are not as much as having 200 channels, but I find enough to watch.

Every now and then there's a good movie we watch with very little commercial interuption. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to pay $50 a month for a lot of crap.

My favorite finds on Hulu:
Sand Pebbles
Kagushima

Now both are not available, and I just realized Hulu is rotating movies.

Fox on Demand is great, too. It is totally free and you cans see past episodes of 24, House, Sarah Connor Chronicles, Bones, etc.

I WILL be using this tomorrow to keep my sanity as well as checking out your suggestions, too. Thanks

Several similar sites that stream old TV and movies include:

http://www.veoh.com

http://www.fancast.com/home

http://www.joost.com/

http://television.aol.com/in2tv

Many TV and cable channels also put some of their programs online. Check the individual tv/cable channels for their ‘watch full episodes’.

You can watch Hulu on your PS3? I’ve always had trouble with that site because the PS3 doesn’t support Flash. How’d you get it to work?

Oh, and I have to share what my friend told me. She said I should watch that one’s speech tomorrow to see what he has to say. I said why? It will be all lies and garbage written by someone else anyway. She says.........you sure are stubborn. Well Yeah, I am. I really wanted to tell her that I have researched everything about this guy and what I’ve learned but it would be just a waste of my time. I can’t believe how many have been hypnotized and choose to follow the herd rushing towards socialism or worse.

Thanks so much for the link. Never heard of the site before...WooHoo!
Funny you should mention sewing, because that’s what I have been doing to get away from the media drooling and fawning. Finally finishing up this art quilt I started a while back. What kind of sewing do you do?

Tomorrow is my big 50 birthday.... so feel free to feel sorry for me...lol. Looking forward to watching 24 tonight though!!

God Bless America and God Bless Freepers!!

You could just watch the all-day HOUSE marathon on USANetwork.

The TV Guide website claims to have links to most of the House episodes for free viewing, but I haven't tried them to see if they work.
