Former presidential candidate and Christian minister Gov. Mike Huckabee is a pretty busy guy these days. Huck's on a 56-city book tour and on Monday will be signing his new book Do the Right Thing at the Colonial Drive Barnes & Noble in Orlando from 12 to 1 p.m.

Huckabee hosted his own TV show on Fox News Channel Saturday night from a BooksAMillion bookstore in Columbia, SC. Very cool. His guests included Fred Goldman, who commented on the OJ Simpson sentencing. Goldman's son Ron was brutally murdered with Nicole Simpson. Though Simpson was acquitted in the criminal trial, he was found responsible for the murders in a civil trial, but never served any time.

I agree. Huckabee spoke at a local church here last week and he just babled on and on (this church has their sevices on the internet). He just seems really shallow to me.
He's a fairly screwed up guy. He even went as far as pushing MERIT scholarships for ILLEGAL kids. He's not what he pretends to be.

It never ceases to amaze me how many folks around here feel qualified to take the Lord’s place in determining who is and who is not saved. The last I recall faith in Christ and his atoning work on the crosswas the requirement, not one’s position on capital punishment or immigration. But then perhaps their version of the Bible has a couple extra chapters that I missed

Bringing up the issue of whether I smoke or not has NOTHING to do with the issue of Mike Huckabee being a hypocritical humanist. I partially supported WHY his is a hypocrite.
