2012 Contracts Now Available on Intrade -- Palin is Underpriced
Intrade ^ | December 5, 2008 | Intrade

Posted on 12/06/2008 12:26:03 AM PST by Kevmo

Intrade opened up contracts for 2012 recently. Palin is priced at $12, Jindal at $22, which suggests Palin is underpriced compared to her popularity. There is an anti-Palin/Anti-Social Conservative bias at Intrade, so that is probably dampening Palin's price.

Now I see why Gov. Palin coming across as stupid and ignorant doesn't bother you”

There you go again with your deranged, Daily Kos style attacks and smears on Gov Palin. If you are calling Gov Palin “stupid” based on your own discredited charge that "she doesn't read newspapers", what does that make you, a guy can't even follow a simple debate on a web site, and continues to lose track of what you have posted before, and contradict yourself?
Not that it matters, but again, Gov Plain DOES read the New York Times, Wall Street Journal etc. Link:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2096789/posts

And again, my respect for the Governor r would go up even higher if she didn't read the biased crap from the New York Times and the MSM.
Again, I cancelled my subscriptions to these loony left outfits like the New York Times, Newsweek, The Economist(which I subscribed to for over a decade before chopping them off), and I am a heck of a lot better informed since I cancelled those Pravda Democratic Party propaganda publications. If you think reading the most biased newspaper in the entire country, The New York Times, is what qualifies someone to be president, you are living in cloud cukoooland.
In the age of the Internet, anyone can get all the information they need on literally hundreds of sites every day, which don't have an anti-Repubican Party agenda.

Yes, and I pointed out that it was someone else, so you maybe could figure out that it was NOT I who did.

Yet you wrote to me:

Gov Palin didn't name a Supreme Court ruling she couldn't agree with apart from Roe, and so therefore she can't run for president?

Sheesh.

Again, I refer you to your post # 82, this is what you had to say then, and I quote:
“Did anyone say she couldn't run? Please show me where”

Anyone, is what you asked, see? I accordnigly reffered you to where someone had said that. Simple English.

You quoted me thus:
“woman who can't even list a single newspaper or magazine she reads,”

And then you wrote under it:
That is Daily Kos type smears, lies and disinformation. You might get away with it there. Over here, you won't.

And to that, I LMHO!

You, yourself are the one acting like a Daily Kosnian, or perhaps a DUmpsterdiver.

Let's compare what I wrote to what you CLAIMED I wrote, as you excised part of my quote and took it out of context...

Claimed: “woman who can't even list a single newspaper or magazine she reads,”
Actual: and voters see this as a woman who can't even list a single newspaper or magazine she reads”

This sort of dishonesty reveals your true colors to EVERYONE reading, TrollingLib. Yes, you got me to take the bait as you trolled your lure by, but I'm done being dragged along behind your garbage scow. Go troll somewhere else, and celebrate your leftie victories. You'd better enjoy them now, as they won't last long, as I'm not going to get distracted by trolls like you who wish conservatives would keep following the same losing game plans rather than improve our game.

You also had this to say in your post # 118:

Gondring :”Now I see why Gov. Palin coming across as stupid and ignorant doesn't bother you”

There just ain't no getting around it, you are a professional character assassin, and Daily Kos style smear artist. That pattern is clear.
Note to "Gondring", Gov Plain comes across as very smart. From your posts so far, you don't look so good when compared to her. The more you post, the worse you look.

If you are calling Gov Palin “stupid” based on your own discredited charge that "she doesn't read newspapers", [...]

Of course I'm not, so the remainder of the sentence is irrelevant.

Go away and stop wasting everyone's bandwidth, Viva-Troll...even the miniscule amount used for these mostly-text-based messages has been worth more than your posts themselves.

Actual: “and voters see this as a woman who can't even list a single newspaper or magazine she reads””

What “voters” you talking about?
Republican voters, conservative voters have shown in poll after poll, and in countless campaign stops in the last elections, and in the Georgia elections that they think she's the best thing that's happened to the Republican Party recently. So far, the “voters” that hate her, are the Feminazi’s in the MSM, the Daily Kos crazies, and hard core Democrat voters, which is fine. To win the Republican nomination, and the presidency, she will need to get the Republican base out, not the MSM out or Daily Kos out.

"***Then why wasn’t he on the ticket? There seem to be a few possible ways that you are overlooking."

Because the Republican party has always favored the old farts with long party service, rather than "young blood".

"Sounds a lot like “community organizer” type of experience to me."

Oh, please---give me a break. The Louisiana state health care system and the university system presidency were real "the buck stops here" executive positions, with hiring and firing authority.

"She can’t make up for charaisma for Jindal. He has to have it on the top of the ticket. Look at Bush, Clinton, and Obama. They are people most people would like to have a beer with or whatever. Did McCain have charisma?"

Well, Palin's charisma quotient certainly helped the McCain/Palin ticket (not enough, to be sure, but it did add a large number of votes to a lackluster candidate). Jindal certainly has more charisma than McCain (and more of everything else except military service record). Which is precisely why a Jindal/Palin ticket IS "the ticket". It maximizes both brainpower and "starpower".

"So, now Palin is an old fart. You’re completely full of bull shiite."

Palin was not chosen by the Republican party. She was chosen by John McCain. The party heirarchy would never have picked her, and they are one of the major factors trying to propagandize against her.

So, in your world, running major state organizations is the same as pounding the pavement and propagandizing???

Excuse me, but I DON'T THINK SO.

I feel better about Jindal’s chances now that the Supreme Court has thrown out that wacko Donofrio case. If they had taken it seriously, then Jindal’s status as a “natural born” citizen could have been challenged. According to Donofrio, Jindal would be a citizen at birth, but not natural born, since his parents had divided loyalty.
