It's possible if the Supreme Court accepted this case, they may not list it on their website because of the explosiveness of it. They could put out a warning to the Executive branch to quietly takes steps and prepare for the announcement.

A tip-off would be to watch the body language of Obama and his closest advisers, if possible.

CNN just mentioned it. CNN highlighted the issue of dual citizenship. They then read a statement from Obuma saying: “Obama insists he is an American citizen.”

They are purposely leaving out his own statement in his book - “I was a British Citizen at birth.”

We know you had a British, Kenyan citizenship, and most likely held an Indonesian citizenship.

That divides your allegiance, so Obama, you cannot be a natural born citizen.

You wouldn't think he would make statements like that in his book that would come back to seriously bite him unless you consider that he is so arrogant and so sure of his color--half black--intimidating so many people.

I believe only a tiny minority of Americans would not have voted for a black person who was a true conservative.
