Cort’s case will come up if you type in the docket number, Leo’s case no longer comes up.

Docket for 08A407
No. 08A407 Title: Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State Docketed: Lower Ct: Supreme Court of New Jersey Case Nos.: (AM-0153-08T2 at the New Jersey Appellate Division without a docket number)

Could have just been a fluke or the site was busy when you tried. It just showed up for me, although it is taking forever to load. Nothing has changed on the listing!

I searched by name and they both came up. Tried also with the docket numbers and had the same results. Both present.
